Beautiful vacation-style house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to downtown La Teste de Buch on the Arcachon Bay, just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Arcachon. It features a spacious, bright, and comfortable living room, and a large garden that is sunny from morning to evening, perfect for special moments with family or friends. There are lovely, welcoming bedrooms and a fitness room. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!
Ideally located near the ports of La Teste and Rocher, you can enjoy the invigorating and salty air of the region on your walks or bike rides... the bike path is just a few meters away. Situated 15 minutes from the magnificent Dune of Pilat and less than 10 minutes from Arcachon. The only thing left to decide is who will go get the croissants on foot in the morning.
