About this property

We offer in our house to an apartment on the first floor with separate entrance. The studio is about 40 square meters in size, light and bright with a large, partly covered roof terrace. You have a wide view south to the Pegnitzauen. The equipment is high quality, partly with old furniture.
Two beds can be provided individually or as a double bed. If required, the sleeping area can be separated by a curtain from the living area. Linen provided.
In a niche there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and hob. All necessary kitchen utensils are naturally present in case something more is needed, we help out much.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Parking for one car on the plot. The train station is a five minute walk, by train you are in 30 minutes in Nuremberg main station ..

The area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities; Walkers and cyclists are in good hands here, climbers go just a few kilometers. The Pegnitz, a quiet river walking can be bepaddelt; a lake, an outdoor pool and a spa with sauna invite you to swim and relax.

Erholung ppur

Eine ganz toll eingerichtete Wohnung in der vom Kaffeebecher bis zum Zuckerstreuer alles da war und dazu noch wunderschön. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und bietet durch ein großes Dach auch Schutz bei Regen. Die Gegend bietet viele Wander und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. .... Und bei großem Hunger gibt es in der Straße sogar einen 24Std-Wurstautomaten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Saubere, komfortable Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und schönem Blick auf den Garten und die Umgebung. Von der Terrasse aus können Sie Vögel und schöne Pflanzen beobachten. Die Gastgeber nett und hilfsbereit. Perfekter Ort für 2 Personen.

Such a pretty apartment, such a beautiful area AND a milk tank station

The apartment is gorgeous with a spacious tarace and a complete and functional kitchen. The hosts Paul and Warja are the nicest people and the area is beautiful. Plus, there is a milk tank station a short walk away! We had experienced one of those in Switzerland before and to us one of those things is such an event! (And the milk is delicious too, so what more can you want?) Truly, this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had in a rented vacation home. The hosts were so nice and so considerate. We had a lovely evening with them in their gorgeous garden and they were full of advice and great tips and they would even borrow us some more specific kitchen equipment from their own kitchen. There was hand sanitizer for the whole corona thing, the furniture was beatiful, the furniture was comfortable, the view was enormously relaxing, and somehow there were no mosquitoes. (Don't ask me how that's possible). Also the area was great. So many wonderful towns to visit, so many beautiful walks to go on, we were able to do and see only a fraction of what we actually wanted to. Having the train station and a bakery around the corner was also very convenient! This has become a bit incoherent and rambly. Let me.conclude by saying: All around lovely and we would love to return one day.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, Große, nicht einsichtige Dachterrasse mit Liegestühle und Tisch. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren. Mal mehr, mal weniger hört man die B14. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Hervorragend!

Super !! Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Appart, mit einer schönen Seele. Dazu eine kleine eigene Dachterrasse, tolle ruhige Lage, mit Blick in die Natur. Wenige Minuten von einem Bäcker / dem Ortskern / der Zugstation. Paul als Gastgeber sehr freundlich, das Einchecken einfach und angenehm. Ausstattung perfekt und gut durchdacht. Es war wirklich alles hervorragend für uns :) ich würde sagen sogar noch angenehmer als schon durch die Bilder und anderen Kommentare erhofft. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen !!

Immer wieder gern!

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz der Nähe zum Vermieter waren wir für uns. Kleine Frühstückbäckerei ist in der Nähe und lange Spaziergänge sind möglich. S-Bahn ist in der Nähe z.B nach Lauf oder Nürnberg. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Dachterrasse

Gemütliche Wohnung im OG mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Allerdings steile Wendeltreppe hinauf. Unhandlich für größere Gepäckstücke.

Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung.

Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Schöner Ausblick mit Balkon und Sonnenliegen. Ruhige Ortslage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation und Rückerstattung der Kaution funktionierten einwandfrei. Sehr gerne wieder :-)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ruhig gelegen, gute Anbindung auch mit Bahn, schöner großer Balkon.

Unsere Städtebesichtigungen waren mit Bahn und PKW gut zu erreichen. An der Austattung fehlte soweit nichts. Selbst in der Sommerhitze war es in der FeWo angenehm zu Schlafen. Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Wir können die FeWo nur empfehlen.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir erlebten ein geräumiges Studio, hell und mit Liebe zum Datail eingerichtet, sowie mit allem was man braucht versehen. Eine herrliche Terasse mit Sonnenliegen und Wetterschutz vollenden das angenehme Ambiente.
