Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:

- its many museums, namely New World, Natural History, The Bunker (former refuge of the Germans);

## Emplacement
A must-see destination, La Rochelle has no shortage of assets to charm its visitors. A port city par excellence with its four ports, the White City enchants all those who look at the sun-drenched white stone in which the buildings are built. Originally a fishing village founded in the tenth century, it took only two millennia to become an important port. Its dominance in maritime trade lasted until the fifteenth century. But her rebellious spirit was not to the King's taste and she bowed under the siege of Richelieu in the sixteenth century. Despite its lost independence, La Rochelle continues its economic boom through the centuries to the present day thanks to the proximity of the ocean, always at the center of maritime trade.
