One of Germany's largest listed buildings has been transformed into a true holiday paradise: modern flats with a sophisticated design directly on the 7 km long dream beach of Prorer Wiek, which has an almost Caribbean flair with crystal-clear water thanks to the nearby chalk cliffs. Cafés, restaurants and small shops selling everyday necessities are located along the beach promenade. You can enjoy a cappuccino in the morning or a sundowner after a beautiful day on the beach in the hotel's own Prora Solitaire Bar.
The Garden Suite is a very special, bright and sunny apartment, as it is located in the side wing of the listed building. This makes it one of the very few apartments with windows on three sides, and you can enjoy an almost all-round view of the island of Rügen. To the north, west and south, you can admire the view from the 5th floor (lift available) over the forest and heathland.
The large living room with modern kitchen corner is particularly light-flooded. On cooler evenings, you can cosy up in front of the crackling open fire. The beautiful beach and the park-like grounds of Prora Solitaire are just on the other side of the building.
The bedroom is furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and has a modern design: it leads into an open-plan bathroom with shower. There is also a separate guest WC.
This holiday apartment in Prora is particularly large and spacious. It is also suitable for holiday guests with limited mobility: all rooms are accessible without thresholds, the beds are electrically adjustable, the doors are 0.90 m wide and there are appropriate grab rails in the bathroom. It is therefore wheelchair-friendly, even if it is not fully accessible. The sofa in the living area can easily be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sleeping surface of 1.60 x 2.00 metres.
In front of Prora Solitaire is a park-like garden landscape with an outdoor pool, barbecue area, lounge areas and native flora and fauna. The garden is for the exclusive use of Prora Solitaire guests, with a small pine forest shielding it from the beach and ensuring privacy. Prora Solitaire - an oasis of peace for body, mind and soul all year round! Four charging stations, each with a charging capacity of 22.5 kW, are available for electric vehicles. The charging stations are located in the multi-storey car park and are only accessible to hotel guests.
All guests of Prora Solitaire also have access to a spacious wellness area, which you can reach from your apartment without having to leave the hotel. Here you will not only find a large indoor pool with a children's pool, but also various saunas and relaxation areas, a fitness area with appropriate equipment and the option of massages and other treatments, which can be booked at reception.
Several times a week, you can take part in free yoga classes or fitness training with experienced trainers. In the outdoor area there is also a basketball hoop, a boules court, outdoor chess and two table tennis tables, which you can use free of charge. As a guest of Prora Solitaire, you can take advantage of the exclusive half-board service in the BREAK café/restaurant or just have breakfast (payable separately).
Cars can be parked in the hotel's own car park for a fee payable on site. On the 2nd floor there are several washing machines and dryers available to all guests in a separate room for a fee.
