This spacious 90m2 4P apartment is located in the town's old "Quartier Neuf", a quiet and peaceful area. A five-minute walk takes you to the bakery, the city centre and the port of Calvi, and less than 10 minutes to the long sandy beach.
The charm of this ground floor lies in the high ceilings and spacious interior, as well as access to small outdoor areas and a small garden for your next barbecue!
3 bedrooms/ sleeps up to 7. Living room with fitted kitchen in the large air-conditioned main room. A bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet complete the accommodation, as does an air-conditioned veranda where you can enjoy your meals. On the terrasse, the low-traffic street side, we have organise some places to soak up the sun.
The powerful air-conditioning in the main room serves the two west-facing bedrooms and the air-conditioning in the conservatory cools the 3rd bedroom. This old building has the particularity of keeping cool in the middle of summer. There is no reserved parking, but you can park in the street.
Facilities: washing machine, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, American-style fridge, Wi-Fi, television.
In addition to the rental price and on request only: sets of household linen and made-up beds on arrival (€35 per 2-person pack/bedsheet&towels and €20 per 1-person pack).
-Visitor's tax and cleaning to be paid on arrival (cleaning: 120 € if the house is returned clean and tidy). Deposit cheque to be deposited on arrival, to our agent, if I am not there. Returned after 15 days if everything is in order (no cashing except in case of damage or default).
