Welcome to our superb 96 m² Beau Site villa, nestled in Sévrier, a few minutes from the shores of Lake Annecy. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this house offers a peaceful and enchanting setting, accommodating up to 6 people.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, providing optimal comfort during hot summer days. One of the bedrooms includes a spacious dressing room, perfect for organizing your belongings with ease. A games room dedicated to children will allow your little ones to have fun in complete safety and create memorable memories.

The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace of 35m2, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.
In summer, enjoy our small 10m2 (4m * 2.5 m) swimming pool. The latter is open from May to October, a comfortable temperature cannot be systematically guaranteed over the period.
In winter, the wood stove promises warm and friendly evenings, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the surrounding area.

The kitchen, equipped with a professional cooker, will allow you to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. It is fully equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, microwave, and more, to make you feel right at home.

The villa also has Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay. For your convenience, a parking space is available right in front of the house, and several free spaces are nearby.
