The heater was broken and our first night we had to sleep in a 60 degree room. We had no idea we were supposed to be using a space heater because it wasn’t stated in the details of our trip anywhere. There is mold everywhere on the ceiling in the bathroom and one of the lights was out so it was kind of dark. Check in was difficult because the address given took us to the wrong place and with limited cell service it was hard to find our place. On the renting page it says check out is 11am but we were told we had to be out by 10am. The location of the condo is perfect, the rentals are right around the corner and all restaurants and ski slopes are walking distance.
If you consider staying in an 83 degree room for an entire weekend enjoyable knock yourself out. Wouldn’t stay in this room again if you paid me. No offer for a discount or another weekend stay from the owner, just more of a sorry about your luck kind of experience. Highly recommend looking into a different room….
Simple cozy studio with minimal needs if your focused on shredding and need a cozy spot to stay with easy access to the main mountain and village. Host was extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us when I left my wife’s jacket in unit after we left. Would recommend unit to friends and would stay here again.
This was the perfect location for our stay. The location is ideal for anyone renting or taking lessons like myself. My partner is more experienced & this was perfect for meeting back up as we did our own adventures during the day. Your steps from The Village allowing easy access to many restaurants, bars & shops. Communication leading up
To the stay was immediate and clear. The room was clean, fully stocked with towels, toiletries & a nice kitchenette. We will be looking to stay again in our next trip!
I was informed about the broken AC a day beforehand and probably could’ve changed rooms. The windows opened up wide and the fan I asked for was in the room. It was hot during the day and we only needed the room for showers and sleeping. The kitchenette faucet seems like it needs replaced. The internet connection with the small tv took a minute to get streaming services. The mattress was old and you only get two actual pillows for sleeping the rest were small throw pillows for decoration. My boyfriend slept better on the couch. Upside for the festival was location to sky stage. But probably a no go for staying here again.
Property was misrepresented. Did not have a fully equipped kitchen. It was sparsely equipped. Mattress worn out. Couch worn out. Only positive was location to the slopes. Left message for contact person but they never called back.
I stayed mid-week and really enjoyed the location and price. The owner was great with communication and helping me connect to the wifi when I was struggling to do so.

Ok room in a great location
The building is nicely situated in the village at the top of the slopes, so great ski-in/ski-out and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room itself is very basic and ok for a couple of people for a couple of days, but it had some issues. It smelled musty, the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, and there didn't seem to be quality control on the dishes that guests are supposed to clean themselves. We brought food, but weren't prepared for the little fridge to not have a freezer, and there was no toaster. Check-in was rough, as the address we plugged into GPS took us to the wrong place and limited cell service on the mountain made it difficult to get to the right place. Parking is across the street in a lot that fills fast. Hot tubs are across the village and cost $16 per person if you book thru VRBO rather than the resort. Our instructions said check-out was at 11 am, but when we tried to access the locker room (where our skis were) at 10:02 am, the key card no longer worked.
We wouldn't have had a problem with most of these issues if the listing description and/or follow-up information were clearer.
