## Emplacement
Ciboure is the quiet twin town of its northern neighbor of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, from where it is joined by a road bridge, and separated by a port, and near the border with Spain in southwestern France. Both cities face the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a natural bay that is sheltered from the biggest waves in the Atlantic.
