I would have given this a higher rating but the carpet was pretty disgusting. So many pet stains that it set the stage for unsanitary and unhealthy conditions. However the space was good, esp. the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed

Amazing stay!

We loved the home! It was very comfortable, clean and accommodating for our family. We always love visiting Boca Grande and this home a is perfect location. Communication was great with the property manage. We would definitely stay again!

A Fun Vacation

Upscale home away from home

Great property overall with top notch property management company. We couldn't really have been happier with the amenities and location. The kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. There are a number of beach and outdoor items to borrow too (chairs, umbrella, bikes) The linens and towels are good. The TV is huge! Great to watch football and movies! While the property was clean overall, the carpets had a lot of stains (coffee, wine, misc. food) from previous renters. They were vacuumed, but really needed a shampooing or deep clean. The pool cover needs to be sprayed down and cleaned. Lots of dirt/bits of debris that ends up in the pool when you roll it up. This didn't really take away from the experience, but thought it was worth mentioning.

dirty upon arrival

when i checked in the beds were not made . there was laundry in the washer .the sink was stained orange. housekeeping came and vacuumed and dusted but it was 8pm when she finished. there were ants in the cabinet when i went to put food away. we saw 3 cockroaches and had to call and have an exterminator come. when i called no one returned my call.the garage door opener did not work. the pool was dirty becuse the timer did not work.the pool guy and the exterminator did come right away. the owner charged us 325 to clean carpets in rooms we never used. no one wore shoes in the house. we washed all the sheets and made the beds before we left.the house was much cleaner when we left then when i arrived.i feel iam owed not only the 325 but part of the housekeeping fee.

Home Away from Home

The overall cleanliness of the property was superb. The property manager was prompt in addressing issues from prior guests. The location was perfect for beach and other activities. Will definitely book again. The property is truly great but dead trees in front of the house and the lawn burn out detracts from what a Gem this place is.

Wish the kids room would have had TVs in them and no cookie sheets at all in kitchen

This home is very roomy and clean wish the 2 rooms with twin beds would have TVs in the rooms need cookie sheets in kitchen but Overall the Home was Great! We didn’t like how long it takes to get out of the circle LOL but it’s worth the money

Amazing Stay!

Our week at this property was amazing. Only things bad were exterior and pool area could use a pressure wash. And the screen to the pool needs patched. Got quite a few Mosquito bites. But, everything else was great. Property manager was very friendly! House was clean, And had every amenity that you need! So many bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards in the garage. Having the master on the one side was amazing for privacy. Everyone said that their bed was very comfortable. Neighbors are a good distance from the house which makes it super quiet, and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property. I would definitely book again. Such a great stay! Thank you so much!

Good house for the money

The area was quiet where the home was located. The home was a little dated. We liked the bike selection and heated pool. The Main TV had the volume locked and you couldn’t really hear it. Would have liked to receive my lockbox info through the VRBO app.

Great for a family

The home was perfect for our family. The master bedroom was on the opposite end of the homes from the other 2 bedrooms , perfect- we were able to work while there and the family was able to enjoy the day. The pool was great, even in January it was warm so we could swim daily. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks and just far enough from the hustle and traffic. Beaches were within a 15 minute drive ( heads up - get to the beach by 11:00, parking is crazy ) the home had everything we needed, kitchen was fully equipped , lots of bikes to ride, the pool area had a TV and we spent lots of time outside. We enjoyed our stay.

Our Gulf Getaway

I loved the location! Very peaceful. We enjoyed not having any houses directly beside us, definitely appreciated the privacy. This was our first time staying on the gulf side of Florida and it was a great experience for my family. We saw an alligator in the lake behind the house (very cool), there was a banana tree in the backyard (we dont have those in VA), we saw wild pigs while exploring the area and the beaches are astonishing (all within a 20 mile or less radius). Our favorite was the Englewood Beach. There were bikes available for our use, beach towels, chairs, the kitchen was very well equipped with necessities and Wal-Mart was only about 15 mins away. The house was clean and very well maintained. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you for providing us such a pleasant experience.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful property

The villa at Pine Valley in Rotunda West was exactly as advertised. The home is beautiful, with a comfortable and spacious lay out. It is immaculately maintained and equipped for all your needs. Although we chose not to swim due to cool weather, we still spent a great deal of time in the lovely enclosed outdoor area, which overlooked a small water area and golf course beyond. It's location was a great spot to explore the surrounding area including Manasota Key and Boca Grande.

Homely Villa in a quiet neighbourhood

We loved our stay at the villa, it is well equipped with everything you need, down to the beach chairs! My family loved looking at the gator in the lake at the bottom of the garden, although the close proximity to the lake does increase the risk of mosquitos.
