We welcome you to a 70 m² holiday cottage located in Arradon, within a typical longhouse of the region. It is situated 5 minutes from the sea and close to shops, in a peaceful, green, and bright setting.
On the ground floor, it offers a living area with a newly equipped open kitchen, a dining room with a large table for 6, and a living room with a leather sofa, as well as a spacious bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor: a large bedroom for 2 people (1 bed of 160 cm) with a walk-in closet, a desk, and a view of the garden, and a bedroom for 2/3 people with 2 single beds and the possibility of adding 1 extra single bed.
You will have a terrace with a table and chairs, a private garden of approximately 120 m² with trees, and parking. Adjacent to the garden, there is a large communal area with a greenhouse, fruit trees...
The cottage has been recently renovated with high-quality materials, all the equipment is new, and you have fiber-optic WiFi throughout the house.
Come and enjoy the Gulf of Morbihan, with walks along the coastal paths, oyster tastings on terraces, music festivals in Vannes, and beaches and islands accessible by boat...
