Charming updated 1907 farmhouse with a separate private small apartment upstairs with its own entrance. The house has an open floor plan conveniently located only two blocks and literally a three minute walk (we timed it!) to the heart of historic downtown McMinnville full of restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries and funky shops. It’s also around the corner from the Farmer’s Market every Thursday April - October and about a ten minute easy walk to Linfield University. With two bedrooms (a queen bed in the master and a set of twin beds in the second bedroom), two bathrooms (a shower in the master and a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom), WiFi, cable TV, fully outfitted kitchen and washer and dryer, make Davis Street Farmhouse your home away from home with over 350 wineries within a 15 minute radius to choose from. You just may never want to leave!

Great location, unbelievably clean!!

This cottage lived up to everything that was written about it. Very clean, nice layout of the house, so convenient to the cute shops and restaurants. We had the best time. If you are there on a Thursday, DEFINITELY check out the farmers market right across the street!! Host was extremely easy to work with—no problems. Would definitely stay again. One note, if you like to cook (and we do) kitchen supplies are a bit sparse. But that is a minor concern and it didn’t take away from our experience at all. This is a great place.

Perfect location and home

We stayed here to attend our son's commencement. This location is perfect, just a couple blocks from beautiful downtown McMinnville and only a 10 minute walk to Linfield University. The house has everything you need and the private and secure backyard is great for dogs or little ones!

Convenient location in McMinville

This property was so well kept and clean. It is an older building but has been totally renovated...new fixtures, flooring, etc. We were able to walk everywhere with no problem at all. The fenced yard and deck were very pleasant. Host was extremely responsive, got back to me quickly when I had questions...she even provided some extra "treats" for our stay! Will book again.

Amazing farmhouse close to 3rd Street

My stay at this sweet home was amazing! It is beautifully done, and very cozy. I did Christmas dinner there and it was well equipped with everything to make our Christmas magical! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect rental

This is the perfect rental home to visit Willamette Valley. It is spacious and clean. The host has the house stocked with all those “extras” that some rental properties skimp on, like coffee, bar soap, laundry detergent, and hairdryers (plural). It is within walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms on Third St and is easily accessible to vineyards. We plan to return to the area and will rent again!

Perfect in location and amenities

Just completed our second stay and we can’t say enough good things about the owner and property. First - the owner: she reached out to offer us dining options on our first full night before the event. That’s amazing and unheard of in my experience. Second - the house is perfect. Perfectly located and perfectly appointed. The new ceiling fans make a big difference since our last visit. We are spoiled by the space and have already booked for a third year. Couldn’t asked for a more delightful space so accessible within McMinnville.

This place is awesome and so is Stephanie the owner. It is 2 blocks from 3rd St which is the heart and soul of the McMinnville wine experience! I have stayed here twice and will return!!

Great place!

Stephanie’s place was great for a girls trip to Oregon’s wine country. We could easily walk to the downtown area of McMinnville and there was a cute farmers market from 12-6 on the day we arrived. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Oregon

Girls trip

We had a great time staying in McMinnville. The house is located so close to all of the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. It was convenient and made the stay enjoyable and stress free. We had great communication from the owner when needed. Highly recommend!

Spectacular!

This house is perfect. We had a weekend girls trip, 3 people, each had our own bed. The house is so adorable, perfect amount of space, very comfortable, amazing outside patio and great location walkable to downtown. It’s everything and more that the description states. Also, it was clean and the communication with the host was prompt and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.
