🥨 15km from Haguenau, we invite you to stay in our 320m² family house, with swimming pool in the heart of a green and serene setting, which will be ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work.
⛔ Parties, birthdays, EVG, EVJF and other events of this type are strictly prohibited.
Indeed, our house is not suitable for hosting this type of event that could disturb our neighborhood.

🏠 The house consists of
At the first level:
🛋️ An open living space with a lounge area and a dining area to share a good meal, around the fireplace (only in use in winter), or play billiards
🍽️ A 60's style equipped kitchen (crockery and cutlery, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker), with a stammtish corner, ideal for breakfast,
🌞 You will have the possibility to eat your meals inside, but also on the terrace on sunny days.
🚿 A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a sink
🚽 a separate toilet
🛏️ A first bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (basin and bidet),
🛏️ A second bedroom with 2 single beds.

🪜Upstairs there is a sleeping area composed of:
🛏️ A third bedroom with a double bed,
🛏️ A fourth bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (sink),
🛏️ A fifth bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a water point (sink),
🛏️ A sixth bedroom with two single beds and a water point (sink)
🚿 A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet
⚽🧺 a laundry room (ironing board and iron) and a table football on the landing complete the floor.

👙☀️ In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (from June 21 to October 15), its quick tennis court, a ping-pong table and the stone barbecue.
⛄❄️ In winter, enjoy billiards and table football, share comforting meals at the stammtish and come and warm up by the fireplace 🔥🔥🔥

🅿️ You have the possibility of parking within the property.

🌡️ During the months of September, October, November, December, January, February, March and April, heating of the house is billed separately in proportion to the consumption observed.
📈In fact, a meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of travelers in the company of the host.

🏡 The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
🧹 cleaning will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,
📶 free WIFI connection.


🔑 Handing over the keys:
A concierge will welcome you upon your arrival to give you the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive:
- from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is a supplement of 20 euros
- after 11 p.m., the supplement is 40 euros
A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.

House rules:
🕑During your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbors. They live permanently in the village, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going, in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, you have to think about early sleepers but also late risers as well as those who have to go to work. We reserve the right to end the stay early and without refund in the event of non-compliance with the rules.)

🚭The accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited inside the house.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
🚬Smoking is allowed outside the house using the ashtrays provided for this purpose.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹It is, however, your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, the barbecue, the fireplace, take out the trash, take down the bed linen, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers as well as tidy up inside the house. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €120. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €240 in cleaning costs.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
