This holiday home for 6 people is located near the Weerribben, in a quiet, spacious park in Giethoorn. The house is spacious. The ground floor has a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. The house has its own jetty with a swimming ladder. You can swim directly from the house. There are several apartments of this type in the park. The exact location in the park may therefore differ from the pictures. The interior may differ from the photos, all houses are treated with the same quality standards. The house is equipped with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, central and underfloor heating, dishwasher, microwave. In addition, you can park two cars at the house.

This very spacious park in Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North", is located on the edge of the Weerribben nature reserve. You can sail, fish, swim, walk, cycle or simply relax on your own terrace. Of course you can also book an electric sloop or boat for your stay, which will be moored in front of your house. Fishing is also possible in the park for a small fee. Cast your lure from your own jetty. In the Weerribben Wieden nature reserve you can encounter the following species; bitterling, stickleback, gudgeon, rudd, roach, pike, bream, perch, zander, white bream, tench and pos. Night fishing is allowed in your villa, but only if you don't make any noise.

There is the Villa Bodelaeke restaurant and a boules court. A play beach with a pirate ship is open especially for children. There is a swimming area, limited by buoys, for children up to a depth of 130 cm. You can also hire bicycles and e-bikes in the park.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 33.95 per person. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Im Winter ruhige Lage und absolut für ein paar Tage entspannung zu empfehlen.

Wasser und Holland passt immer. Im Sommer ist das wohl nicht so ruhig durch die Nähe zum Tourismusmagneten Griethoorn.

Herbsturlaub in Giethoorn

Das Haus war genau wie in der Beschreibung in einer wunderschönen landschaftlichen Lage am Wasser. Wer tapfer ist , kann direkt ins Wasser. Wir haben es nur mit den Füßen geschafft, da das Wasser sehr kalt war. Na ja, letzte Septemberwoche eben. Das Haus war sehr schön, die Lage im Water Ressort top. Giethoorn ist ein reizendes Örtchen. Wir werden diesen Urlaub auf jeden Fall wiederholen.

A lovely setting and holiday, but spoilt by bad practices

The property was beautiful, a lovely quiet setting, with our own jetty on a canal. The property was well equipped on the whole and nicely furnished. We already knew about the extra payments for the cleaning and hire of the bedding and local taxes and we ensured we had the correct money to pay these extra changes by cash. However when we checked in we were told that we had an extra deposit to pay which was refundable at the end of our holiday. There were no breakages or damages at the property and we left it as we were asked to do so. When we were checking out I checked when we would receive the returned deposit, within two weeks was the answer. I ensured that I left them with my bank IBAN no so they would refund it.After two weeks - no refund, I emailed, and got a reply back saying that they needed by IBAN no - I supplied it again, waited 4 days and chased up - no reply, chased up another 4 -5 times - no replies . To date over one month since we left the property my deposit has not been returned and no response received as to why. A beautiful holiday completely spoilt by at best bad communication and administration, at worse bad practices!! Beware !!!

Wir kommen nicht wieder, trotz schöner Anlage

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Anlage/Haus. Leider gab es aber mehrere Punkte die uns davon abhalten würden wieder dort zu wohnen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses sah auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus. Auf den zweiten Blick mussten wir feststellen das wirklich überall Tierhaare waren. Auf der Rückseite der Sofakissen, auf dem Boden usw. Da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten war die ganze Krabbeldecke übersät mit Haaren. Wir nehmen an das die Haare zum Teil unter den Möbeln waren und durch z.B. starker Luftzug diese in der Küche/Wohnzimmer verteilt wurden. Haben dann kurz handangelegt um die Haare soweit möglich zu entfernen. An der Rezeption wurde uns nur gesagt, da wir es nicht sofort beim Einzug gemeldet haben, gibt es kein Nachlass/Entschädigung/Reinigung (eine kleine Geste für unsere Unannehmlichkeiten halt). Das Zweite war die Rückgabe der Kaution. Sie sollte überwiesen werden und nach ca. 20 Mails war das Geld dann Wochen später wieder auf unserem Konto. Die Gründe waren so vielfältig wie ein bunter Blumenstrauß warum es so lange gedauert hat (falls überhaupt geantwortet wurde). So ein Vorgehen habe ich auf unseren vielen Reisen um die Welt noch nie erlebt.

Urlaub mit Boot (Ruder, Motor oder Segel)

Hallo, das Objekt ist neu gebaut und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und die Gegend per Fahrrad oder Boot super zur Erkunden. Die Beachclub und die Rezeption prima. Leider ist das Objekt sehr schlecht geputzt. Der Meinung waren mehre Besucher dieser Ferienanlage. Das Bad ist ein Jahr alt und trotzdem stank es in der Dusche. Die Terrasse, unter den Betten oder in den Schubladen waren einfach dreckig sowohl man für die Reinigung zusätzlich zahlen musste. Der bei Ankunft defekte Gasherd wurde von einen netten Mitarbeiter direkt repariert. Auch bei unserem defekten Paddel hat er geholten (noch einmal Danke dafür). Bei der Größe der Anlage würden wir weiterhin anregen, das ein Spielplatz für die Kinder gebaut würde. So für Kinder 6 bis 12 Jahre. Aktuell gibt es nur das kleine Schiff am "Sandstand" vom Beachclub.

Schöne Anlage für Familien mit älteren Kindern, die gern Boot fahren

Schönes Haus mit eigenem Bootssteg,jedoch bei Anreise nicht ganz sauber. Vormieter waren wohl mit Hund dort. Freundliche Rezeption, jedoch wurden die gemeldeten Mängel in den 14 Tagen unseres Urlaubes nicht repariert. So funktionierte die Wechselschaltung im Flur (auf der Treppe) nicht, so dass wir, oben angekommen, nicht das Licht ausschalten konnten. Im Kinderschlafzimmer war das Leuchtmittel in der Lampe am Bett zerbrochen und somit nicht nutzbar. Die Reinigung des Hauses bzgl. der Hundehaare mußten wir selbst vornehmen und das bei mindestens 110 € Reinigungskosten/Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, sofern man nicht selbst kochen möchte (für Nudeln mit Tomatensauce recht es). Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden und bieten gutes Essen jeglicher Art an. Ein Lebensmittelladen ist im Ort vorhanden. Die Betten und Schränke in den Schlafzimmetn sind OK und ausreichend. WLAN ist vorhanden, jedoch nicht konstant. Sonnenliegen können dazugebucht werden, ebenso Fahrräder (im Ort günstiger). Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Baden und Angeln ist vom Bootssteg aus möglich.

Schönes Haus, leider nicht sauber

Das Haus war sehr schön, die Umgebung traumhaft. Leider waren die Toiletten nicht geputzt und für jede Zusatzleistung wurde ein Aufschlag verlangt, beispielsweise 110 Euro für eine Endreinigung & 13 Euro für Bettlaken. Gleichzeitig wird erwartet, dass das Haus blitzblank ist, wenn man fährt. Das fanden wir ein wenig unfair. Sonnenliegen fehlen und können für 25 Euro gemietet werden.

Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir hatten ein Endhaus in unserer Straße und waren somit von drei Seiten vom Wasser umgeben. Es ist genug zum Erkunden in der näheren Umgebung.

Tolles Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Ferienhaus war in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Alles sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe könnte man Besorgungen erledigen. Die kleinen Grachten nur ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt, laden zum bummeln und spazieren gehen ein. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Eine sehr, sehr schöne Unterkunft mit moderner Einrichtung

Uns hat es in dieser Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Bei der Anreise war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Lage des Ferienhauses einfach einmalig. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer traumhaft. Dieser Urlaub in Giethoorn wird uns lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

El lugar dónde está ubicado es precioso

La casa está muy bien, pero la sorpresa al llegar es que han cobrado las sábanas, las toallas, una gran cantidad por la limpieza final y un depósito de 200 euros a parte+lo pagado anteriormente, no tiene jabones, ni sal, ni azúcar, la amplitud de la casa y el entorno es correcto a 2,5km.del dentro del pueblo.

Did not disappoint

The place was clean, well located and exactly as described. I would have given it 5 stars, except there were some additional charges that weren't expected. An extraordinarily high cleaning bill, an extra charge for towels and zero amenities...not even dish soap. Being international travellers, we couldn't travel with these extras and so we had to buy everything and leave most of it behind. I travel 3 to 4 times per year staying in airbnbs, and I found this unusual. Most places leave the basics...especially towels! Otherwise, it's a lovely place. Teri from Canada

Tolle Ferienanlage mit super Häusern ,jedes mit eigenem Wasserzugang/ Steg

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus 332 mit der ganzen Familie , das Haus ist sehr schön . Sauber und modern . Wir haben nur einen Grill und Liegestühle/Liegen vermisst die den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hätten ... Anmeldung war sehr freundlich und problemlos ...
