Awesome - but Interrupted by snow storm power outage
This property was a great layout and view! Super clean. We hope we can come back when there is not a crazy snowstorm coming through knocking out power to a large part of the city!
Our stay was wonderful. Every need was meet, from having toddler high chairs and pac n plays, to all appliances needed for adult comfort. Highly recommend! Great property, great hosts!
Just FYI, my wife and I own several vacation rental properties, and we rent RV's for a living. This is a lovely property. I can't take that away from it. The outdoor amenities are excellent!! Unfortunately, when the weather is not good, and you're stuck inside, it is a pretty average property. The only other issue we had was that we felt like they were pretty frugal with the amenities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc., for the price we were paying for the rental. I forgot another issue: we stayed at this property for 10 days and spent a couple of thousand dollars. When we asked for a couple of hours, I asked her before checking out. They wanted to charge us $50, which I would've been OK with if we had only stayed a few days
!!!!!!
We had a really great time on the Rogue River. Great opportunity to float and paddle board from the house to the city park. The house was clean and the AC was awesome. The hosts were very responsive when the front lock didn't work. Overall a great experience.
Our stay was great after a few hiccups trying to get to property due to road closures and a power outage and hr after our arrival. The host was quick to answer our email and even brought us some battery operated lights. The house was beautiful and everything was labeled and easy to use.
We thoroughly enjoyed this location on the Rogue River. It was close to the excursion we came for - Rogue Valley Zip, Dip, Sip and we were able to start a fun inner tube float right at the property, finishing downriver for a one hour float one day and a three hour float another. Gates were great with the dog and would be very helpful with smaller children as well. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. It was a very hot weekend and the place stayed comfortable upstairs. There is a distinct temperature distance downstairs. It is significantly cooler. We could have used a couple more blankets and one of the air mattresses didn’t work. Otherwise, the place had what we needed. And it just has a fun and welcoming feel with all the Sasquatch decor. If we ever returned to the area, we would definitely stay again!
We absolutely loved our visit to this beautiful home. We come to Oregon every year for a week to visit family and enjoy the outdoor recreation and this was a perfect place to do it from. We would definitely recommend and hope we can visit again in the future.
This place is a gem. The location was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family to enjoy our stay. The futons and air mattress in the living room made it so fun for our girls to have a slumber party. The lower deck was so fun with the propane fire table. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper.
If you plan on cooking meals, I would bring paper towels, dish towels and your own spices/condiments. There was less than 1/2 a roll of paper towels for us to use. Also if planning on utilizing the bbq areas, bring your own grill brush and coals. There was plenty of propane which was so great!
Checkout process was so easy. Just lock the door and send a text message on your way out. I have shared this property information with many friends and family members.
Our experience was wonderful!! The location was amazing, the house was perfect and the host was extremely friendly. We will for sure be back! The theme of the house was great!!
This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!
Rustic and relaxing location right on the river. Well equipped kitchen and propane for the BBQ. We didnt use them, but there were fishing rods on the deck. The road was a little noisy at night. Secure location. Our dog had a nice yard to roam in, although she chose to bark at bigfoot first each time she went out
We loved the funkiness of this place! It had everything we needed. We loved how many blankets and towels were available as needed. We did use the futons in the living area, and they were very comfortable. We had our dog with us and felt very secure having him in the yard, which was huge. Being right on the river was absolutely spectacular! Beautiful views from both decks, and the propane fireplace outside was wonderful. Just gorgeous area, and we will most definitely return!! Highly recommend!
We loved the location of this property. It's right on the river. We had a problem with water back up in the tub. We contacted the property manager and he got us another place to stay for the night at another one of there
properties until the issue was resolved, that property was awesome as well.Great communication. We will definitely stay at one of there properties again.
The property was great and had all the amenities that one would need for a nice extended stay. It had a nice little yard for the dogs to roam around on leash and access to the river below from a staircase. The two decks were nice to relax on with a river view. Also, the windows looking out to the river from the living room and dining room were great. The only negative is that it did get a little dark in the yard at night. The solar lights that were out in the yard did not provide adequate light and a flashlight was required. Also, the listing mentioned a hottub which wasn't present. Besides those couple of things the place was nice to stay at and we would definitely book here again for a vacation!

This property is amazing! The landscaping is beautiful and my dog felt so at home. It was very welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. The cabin feel and decor was awesome. The gas firepit was so relaxing and then the view was unbelievable. The river view is stunning. Then you even have access to the river. Ownera were ao kind and helpful when i needed help checking in. If i had to give any recommendation at all it would be to upgrade the beds, they were rough on my old back but overall was a great stay and we would most definitely return to this property.
The location was even better than advertised and the house was lovely. It is worth noting that there were no paper towels, napkins, tissues, or laundry detergent, so if you plan to want any of those, be sure to bring your own. The only issue we had was that we arrived late at night and did not know how to get into property (I had a door code for the house, but that did not open the gate code). That said though, when I reached out to ask for it, they responded immediately even though it was nearly 11pm. Overall, I highly recommend this property.
Was a relaxing place to stay for our Crater Lake vacation. Loved everything about the house and yard. We were even able to do a short river float that was great in the 100-degree weather we had during our stay. The A/C kept the house cool and the river helped make hanging on the deck bearable. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend staying here. Although don't get fooled by the tent in the yard picture. I thought it looked like fun until we woke up at 2:30 am soaking wet from the sprinkler system. Moved the tent to the deck the second night and all was well. (lawn was beautiful)
