So wie man sich einen Urlaub an der Costa Blanca vorstellt...

Liebe Rita, vielen Dank nochmals für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deiner kleinen Villa. Der Blick über den Pool, durch die Palmen auf das Meer wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir hatten viel Spaß in dem großen Pool, haben alle gut geschlafen und vor allem die außergewöhnliche Ruhe in der Nacht und den frühen Morgenstunden genossen. Kein Auto, kein Hund. Einfach nur Ruhe. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas älter, aber stimmig und tadellos in Ordnung. Ebenso die Küche. Mikrowelle, Toaster, Ofen sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse, Sparschäler, Knoblauchpresse.... es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir kannten die Ecke bereits und haben daher gezielt Ausflüge in die Berge bzw an besondere Schnorchelspots gemacht. Alles schnell erreichbar, wenn auch über seeehr kurvige Straßen. Das Wetter im Oktober wie sonst auch noch absolut badetauglich. Insgesamt alles sehr unkompliziert und einfach nur schön. Ganz liebe Grüße, Familie Weihrauch

Unvergessliche Tage !

Wir waren 12 Tage in der Villa Rita und es war einfach nur perfekt! Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, der Blick auf's Meer, einfach alles wie im Traum! Nicht zu vergessen unsere liebenswerte Gastgeberin Rita. Erholung pur, genau das war hier möglich! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Liebe Grüße und hoffentlich bis bald! Elke und Martin

Nice house in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

We ate every morning outside, in winter. From the terrace you can see the sea! House is a little bit older, but everything is provided in the house. Very cosy and enough space. Good location to visit a lot of nice places. We made serveral wonderfull walks. Rita lives after the house, but that didn't bothered us. She is very nice. Thanks a lot!

Villa Rita-top marks!

We have just come back from our holiday in Javea, and would recommend Villa Rita for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday. Our lovely host Rita made us feel very welcome. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The spacious garden was so pretty, and we liked that there were various places we could sit either in the sun or in the shade under the Palm Trees. The Villa is set in a quiet residential area, meaning you get peace and quiet.

Fabulous villa and pool

We stayed for a week and the villa was immaculately clean as was the pool. The owner Rita was very friendly. She lives behind the property but you wouldn’t know apart from the cheery wave and a big hello in German. The grounds of the villa are probably the best part though. There are multiple areas to sit so you can enjoy the lovely views across the sea and that pool was an absolute joy! Absolutely would go again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de la Villa Rita. Maison magnifique, jardin de rêve et paysages splendides. Happy break

We had a lovely time in Villa Rita and it's in a great location just 10 mins walk to the local well stocked Supermarket and an easy 30 mins walk to the beachfront. Rita was a very attentive host who was also on hand to help if needed I would happily recommend this Villa for holiday!

Excelente alojamiento

Es tal como se ve en las fotos. Rita, la propietaria que vive detrás fue muy agradable, y a pesar de tener problemas con el idioma porque solo habla alemán, solventó bien todos los problemillas que nos surgieron. Estuvimos muy a gusto, no nos importaría repetir.

A great villa with a beautiful garden and pool area.

We have just returned from a wonderful two week holiday at Villa Rita. It is a lovely villa and the terrace, garden and pool area are what makes this place so special. There are many different areas to sit and relax, depending on the time of day and whether you want sunshine or shade. We spent so much time outside and loved it. Rita (and her lovely friends Rudi and Ulla) made us very welcome from the start and it was great to get to meet them all. Rita was on hand if we needed her but didn't intrude on our holiday. We loved Rita's dog Vicky who is very friendly and no trouble at all when she is around (which isn't very often - she is very devoted to Rita and never far from her side!). The villa was very clean on arrival and there were plenty of towels and spare bedding. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works well. The sofas in the living room are new and very comfortable. In previous reviews some people have commented that the villa could do with updating - whilst this may be true, the photos show what the villa looks like and when we arrived we were delighted with the look and feel of the place, which was even better than it looked in the photos. We have loved this holiday and our time at Villa Rita - thank you Rita. I have no doubt that we will come back!

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Vermieterin

Villa Rita ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Der grosse Pool war eines der Highlights unserer Kinder. Javea ist ein toller Ort, hat viele Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand hat zwei Spiel/Klettergerüste. Für Familien mit Kindern richtig toll. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr liebevoll und jederzeit für uns da. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

In die Jahre gekommen...

Freundliche Vermieterin und schöne Aussenanlage. Aber die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. In und an den Schränken klebte es, die Bettwäsche hatte noch die 70er Jahre Motive. Dafür viel zu teuer. Man schläft günstiger und moderner in Mobilhomes auf Campingplätzen. Für Familien mit Kindern, die Angst vor Hunden haben ungeeignet, da die Vermieterin sofort Ihren Hund zum "Beschnuppern" vorbei brachte, der Kampfhund der Nachbarn kam durch ein Loch im Zaun vorbei. Wir sind nach 2 Nächten vorzeitig ohne Diskussion wieder abgereist.

Lugar Fantastico

Un sitio ideal,lo que buscabamos, aunque no es moderna, está muy bien cuidada y es muy agradable, sobre todo si buscas tranquilidad,el jardin y la piscina fantasticos, hicimos la mayoria de las comidas y desayunos en el porche, disfrutando del entorno de la casa, la señal Wifi fue buena y suplí la ausencia de TV (solo canal 24h y los demas no castellano)con el portatil cuando lo necesite.Eramos 5 adultos y a todos nos encanto. Rita, la dueña, muy amable y nos atendio estupendamente a pesar de hablar muy poco castellano y nosotros nada de aleman. Tal vez la unica pega "si es que la tiene"( los colchones de las camas, no son muy comodos, a mi me gustan duros, y estos ya tienen su uso). No tendre ningun inconveniente en volver.
