Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 85m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has a sofa bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in the 19th Arrondissement. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.

During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette transforms into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). Children and adults play boules, pedaloes are seen on the canal, and people get sun tan on the beach.

Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Laumière, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might have a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
