We were looking for a place for friends and family to gather for my son’s graduation from the University of Alabama. The spot was perfect - offering ample space to relax in between the festivities with a short 25 minute drive to campus. The place was extremely clean and the owners were very responsive. I have another child graduating in a few years from Alabama and I will definitely look into this place again.
Great place to stay for football weekends. It’s the first time iv stayed at a rental property and the actual inside was much nicer than the pictures. Such a lovely home. The living room/ family room connection is a great place to hang out with friends.
The lake house was just perfect for our family and friends Memorial Day Weekend! Beautiful view and home. We especially loved the spacious dock with the paddle board, Kayak, and tanning mat! Highly Recommend ❤️
WOW! Stunning home, beautiful lakefront property and wonderful hosts!
We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home on Lake Tuscaloosa (the pictures don't really do it justice). The home is beautifully appointed but also extremely warm, welcoming and very comfortable. We had two families staying there with 4 actual adults and 6 young people ranging in age from 17-24. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating--super easy to work with. Our biggest regret is that we couldn't stay longer but we'd love to come back to this home. This was our first time staying on the lake and it was fantastic. This home is just a 15-20 minute drive from the downtown Tuscaloosa/UA area and the neighborhood is very peaceful and great for walks and bike rides. The outdoor area on this home is also wonderful with a beautiful dock as well as deck space for dining and relaxing on the hammock or back porch swing/couch. This was definitely a 10 out 10 stay and we highly recommend.
Our extended family rented this house with the intention of visiting our son at the University of Alabama. It was perfect! About 20 mins from campus so not too far for the back & forth. Spotlessly clean and fully loaded with everything we could think of. Our favorite spot was the porch! Very comfortable! Highly recommend if you have multiple families. Every room had its own bathroom and tons of towels. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is a dream and the ice maker was great for filling our coolers for tailgating. Made us feel at home and everyone was sad to leave.
9 guys over 60 rented this house. The way it was advertised was what we got. Owners responded quickly to questions. Check in was easy. Quiet location fairly close to town. Grocery store 5 minutes away Needed dish rags, dish towels and soap for sink and dishwasher. Room with 3 bunk beds would have been nice to have closet to hang clothes. We were all satisfied with the house.
We are ready to go back to this immaculate and spacious home again! Everyone had their own space from guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms, separate areas with sofas and televisions for children and adults to enjoy themselves, a deck with a huge tv for watching ballgames, another deck with lounge chairs and fire pit to a dock with kayak and paddle board. The weekend was the most relaxing and enjoyable family time weekend we have had in a long time. My husband and I have nicknamed the weekend after the movie “The Big Chill”.
Where do I start?! This was a girls weekend-6 ladies. The decor was so elegant yet comfortable. Didn’t look like cheap rental pieces. The swinging bed on the porch with tv and view was our favorite spot! It was so relaxing. I think they thought of everything. The house was immaculate and we loved the little welcome Prosecco!
Beds were comfy. Bathrooms felt like a hotel. Plenty of space for us to spread out when we needed a break.
Can’t wait to come back in the summer and use the paddle boards. We drove to town one night for dinner. Super easy to get down town.
Neighborhood was pretty for walks.
