Noise Level: No noise after 10 p.m. on the weekends, 9 p.m. on the weekdays. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. Pool: The pool does not have a perimeter fence, so please keep a close eye on any children (or adults) who do not know how to swim. Jumpy Houses: No bounce houses of any kind are permitted on the property.
