The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as a bath, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute walk away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Télégraphe (line 11), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
