La Combe de la Dame is located in Saint Julien, opposite the emblematic village of Roque Gageac, in the heart of the golden triangle of Périgord Noir.
The place is close to the iconic villages of the valley: Beynac, Castelnaud, Sarlat, Saint Cyprien...

Tourist attractions, canoes, castles, caves, walks, GR, are only a few kilometers from La Combe.

The house is on three floors.
The first gives access to the main living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as a double bedroom with adjoining private bathroom. The view is perfectly clear over the countryside and the surrounding walnut groves.

The floor below serves a double bedroom with direct access to the lower terrace as well as a twin bedroom, equipped with two single beds also opening onto this terrace.
These two sleeping areas share a bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower as well as separate amenities.

On the top floor, there is a modular bedroom according to your wishes. This is equipped with 3 beds that can be transformed into a double room, children's dormitory or family room.
The bathroom is located opposite this one and has a beautiful walk-in shower as well as amenities.

Outside, you will find two dining areas, one on the small terrace to enjoy the gentle heat of the morning, the other at the back of the house, in the shade, ideal for hot lunches . summer.

Below is the enclosed swimming pool.
Ideally located, lined with walnut trees, not overlooked.

La Combe de la Dame is ideal for lovers of nature, simplicity and tranquility.
For the more enthusiastic, the Dordogne is accessible on foot, the place is quiet and easy to access.

The hamlet of St Julien is a little gem of tranquility in the very center of the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne Valley.
