Great comfy stay with lots of things to do

House is very large and comfortable, plenty of space and things to do ( hot tub, billiard, keyboard, board games). Hosts are responsible and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and had a fun time over New Years Eve.

Perfect House for 2 Families!

Perfect house for 2 families! Stayed over the New Year Holiday. House has lots of room for all and close to both Hunter and Windham Mountains! House was clean, fully stocked and owner/property manager were both very accommodating! Would stay here again! 5 Star Property!

Relaxing getaway

This home is great and accommodates a large group of people super easily. The grounds are beautiful, and everything is clean and generally well-maintained, with tons of fun amenities, like the pool, hot tub, fire pit, basketball court, and game room in the basement. The host is responsive and helpful during the stay, and the checkout instructions are straightforward and manageable (though figuring out the dumpster opening slides rather than lifts was a bit of a test for us city slickers 😅). It’s worth being aware that during/after a rainstorm, the internet is very spotty, but it worked great the next day. I would be happy to stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

This house was perfect for us 9 people (4 couples). Owner was quick to address issues with the hot tub and pool. Overall, there was enough space for privacy as well as for communal gatherings. Plenty of clean bedrooms and enough bathrooms for everyone without being anxious. The kitchen worked very well for us too, as well as the grill and pizza oven. We all agreed we would love to come back to this place for our yearly gathering.

Our Second Year

We had such a lovely time at this place last year so we decided to stay here again this year. We had the usual issues of appliances failing due to wear and tear, but it wasn't enough of a set back to ruin our weekend. In the end, the house is clean, has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate five couples, pizza oven, outdoor grill, hot tub, temperature regulated private pool and an attentive owner.

Perfect getaway for large group

House was perfect for our family group of 9. We were a large group and we cooked at night. Kitchen was fully stocked and great for a family group with 5 kids. The hot tub was awesome and very clean. Our kids loved playing in the basement game room. They entertained themselves down there and that gave the adults some much needed time to hang out together. Bed were very comfortable with soft clean sheets. Perfect house for a large group of up to 10.
