Great house for 12
We chose this property for our annual “winter house” getaway with 3 families including 6 adults and 6 kids aged 2-9. Everything was great - only a few notes. Pros1. Hot tub was clean and fun for a winter activity. 2. Kids loved the downstairs area3. The woods in the backyard were fun for some outdoor adventures. 4. House is large, modern and clean. Cons1. The basement was cold. Like really cold. We needed to double or triple up on blankets for everyone sleeping down there. There needs to be a thermostat down there. I’m not sure there’s much they can do to quickly rectify that but it did impact our feelings about the house. 2. Only one roll of paper towels - we needed to go out to buy more3. More towels needed as well especially with the hot tub4. Communication via text with the management company was convenient but most of our questions came after 5pm and before 9am so i felt it wasn’t super helpful.

Weird Neighbors
Great place and fine amenities…BUT….driving out of the dirt road neighborhood at literally 14 mph we were chased down by a year round resident who screamed at us for driving faster than 10 mph and kicking up dirt into their pool. Demanded to know where we were from and what address we were staying at. So whatever. I’ll find another place closer to the lake that isn’t as hostile.

The home was excellent for our family weekend gathering. The house was beautiful and spotless. The layout was great providing enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pans, utensils, etc. All furnishings were comfortable. Amenities like the outdoor fireplace was great. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We look forward to going back.

The oven did not work but after we shut off breaker it rest. We had a great time the house was very nice. Only other item that I would address is making sure floors are picked up. We found some items under leaving room couches like dirty napkins that were in complete view. The floors were clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a fantastic trip. The house was perfect for our family. It was nice to come into a spotless, well-stocked home. The wooded area was great. We saw several deer outside our door. Everything we needed was available to us. It was especially nice to have the beach close, and the pool & hot tub right outside the door of our home. The heated pool was just right for a late afternoon/early evening swim for the kids and adults alike. We made a trip to a winery, Barney's grocery store, and Oink's Ice Cream station. I would highly recommend this home to a friend or relative.

Our favorite is the kitchen island & large table, though the 2 year old loved the tiny play table best. My 90 year old mom love having the master on the main floor. We will book again, maybe in the fall to enjoy the screened porch. Highly recommend. Clean, bright, fresh, new, spacious, quiet & comfortable. Management is great too, checking in to make sure there are no questions. At times we had 13 for meals & ping pong & puzzles and everyone loved it!

We loved the size of the house, the hot tub, the ping pong table, and the fact that our party of 9 all got their own beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, which is super helpful when traveling from out of town. The oven wasn’t working when we first arrived and someone from Beachwalk came out to fix it for us immediately. Our experience overall was wonderful!

Perfect House for a Family Getaway
I've rented many houses in the past for group vacations and this is by far the best. The layout is perfect, the pool is very close, and the beaches not far.
