For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, plancha.

And on the other side, 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxation. A table with plancha is available. Terrace with views over the garrigue and partial sea views.

The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant setting just 150 m from the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The tourist office is 10 minutes south of Porticcio, right next to the boat/shuttle that will take you quickly across the golf course to Ajaccio.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest ferry terminal: Ajaccio 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 18 km (about 20 min by car)
