- a living room with a convertible sofa.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and dedicated workspace.

For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that pets are accepted.

The location of the apartment is excellent for travelers:
- in a pedestrian street (with a large shopping center and a beautiful market that is held twice a week);
- close to public transport (subway and bus). This allows you to quickly reach Paris and its must-sees in only 20 minutes.

During your stay, you can also visit the Croix de Chavaux with all these small restaurants and cafes.

## Emplacement
Located in Montreuil, the accommodation is close to the 20th and 12th arrondissements of Paris as well as the city of Vincennes known for its beautiful castle, its Floral Park and its pleasant wood for walks. The 20th arrondissement is a lively, popular and friendly neighbourhood with a large number of theatres and cafes. The main tourist attraction of the area is the Cemetery of the Father-Lachaise. The 12th arrondissement is a quieter area where you can explore the Coulée Verte, the Marché d'Aligre, the Palais de la Porte Dorée and quickly reach the Opéra Bastille or the Accor Hotel Arena.
