Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Cancale, we offer you this charming 56 m² apartment with south-east exposure and sea view, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and sea view
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath, two basins and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Cancale, in a very popular area. You'll be able to enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sea trip
- Saint-Malo (aquamalo pool, large aquarium, cinema, micro Zoo, museum...) 15 min away
- Dinard and Dinan 30 min away
- Mont Saint-Michel 35 min away
- Leisure activities: museum, cinema, shopping, oyster tasting in the harbor at the oyster market
- Festivities: Bordée de cancale at the end of September, fireworks on July 13, No logo, Route du rock...

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the paid public parking lots.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo, approx. 15 km away (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 78 km (1 hour by car)
