7-minute drive to the Indian Rocks Beach approximately 2 minutes from Largo Public Golf Course and 4 mins north of Publix. Closest airport is St Pete/Clearwater approximately 15 mins and Tampa Airport is approximately 30 mins This home features a heated screened in pool (heated Nov-April only) covered patio, outdoor sectional couch with ottomans, adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, smart television, coffee/side tables, outdoor dining table/chairs. Yard is fenced in for privacy. Neighborhood is quiet & peaceful.

New 2023 Exterior Paint, New fence 2024, Interior of Pool and Pool Cage Screen refinished June 2024.

Primary bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet, smart tv and full bathroom with shower stall.

Second bedroom features a 2 full beds, smart tv, full closet

Hallway bathroom features shower/tub combo

Living room features 2 sectional couches with 2 chase lounges, a large screen smart television, side & coffee table with views of the pool.

Beach day things: 4 Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, bag cooler, hard 40 qt cooler and umbrella

Washer/Dryer Area Available off Kitchen Area

Portable pack n play and high chair available.

We will provide the following items:
Hand soap, One Roll of Paper Towels, One Roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom and One Trash Bag per trash can.

Great vacation house for families
We enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed! Nice decor. Organized with no clutter. Clean bathrooms! Very easy drive to area beaches. House was great for our family! We brought our 5 year old son and 10 month old daughter. Hosts provided a pack and play along with beach toys and pool toys. All exterior doors rang a chime when opened if desired for if your kid tried to open a door. Slider door to patio had locks that were childproof. Nice rear patio table for dinners. It was everything we were looking for for this vacation!

wonderful vacation
Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is within close proximity to everything you may want or need. Beaches, restaurants, golf, markets and retail shops. The home is very clean and comes furnished with beach needs and has a beautiful heated pool, outdoor covered patio, chairs and table and even an outdoor tv! The home also has a King size bed and 2 double beds plus a washer and dryer.The owners were very nice and easily available to contact. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it highly. This property was exactly what we had hoped and lived up to it's promises. Quiet, private, clean and updated. Beautiful patio and pool area for dinners, swimming and relaxing. Central location. Any questions or concerns that may have come up were answered and resolved quickly by the owner. We hope we can come back again one day!! Congrats Erik on making this a great vacation bungalow.

Great Place
Nice house! It is just minutes away from the beach. Beach towels, beach/swim toys, coolers, and beach wagon were there for us to use. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didnt have to worry about doing laundry when we got back home. The pool area was really nice ! Thanks for having us !!

There are no bolt locks on any of the doors. The sliding door to the back yard is very unstable. The Largo police dept raided the neighbors back yard the last night we were there. There are not 4 beach chairs there are 3 and one is broken. The owner likes the air left at 78 but that is way too hot. The air was broken the first night but the owner did have it fixed the next day. The house and pool and pool area were nice and clean. It is a short drive to the beach which was nice.

Relaxing Getaway
My husband and I typically work about 50-60 hours a week so getting away from it all periodically is so important to us. We loved having our own private heated pool to lay by each day and the lanai with couch and dining furniture was a nice touch. Erik was a great communicator and the check in was super easy. Only thing I didn’t expect was there was no lounge chair to lay out in the sun due to the small pool deck area. I had to lay on the ground with a towel. But other than that we had a great relaxing vacation and I’d recommend this rental as a peaceful getaway.

Great Stay, Amazing Pool
Nicely decorated, everything you need including baby highchair and pack-n-play which saved us from bringing our own. Pool is amazing and great area outside to relax plus table for dining. Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Rock and Treasure Island beaches. We ran out of gas for the grille and contacted the caretaker and they brought new tank within an hour. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was a nice, quiet stay. We were pleased with the proximity to the beach and took full advantage of the pool when we didn’t feel like going anywhere. The owner was very communicative with weather updates since there was severe weather immediately preceding our stay and the place was in great shape. The minor issue we had with the pool heater was addressed by the management staff almost as soon as I called. Overall it was a great vacation.

Nice Vacation
My family and I decided to rent here for a week. Overall we had a good time. We had an issue with the pool in the beginning of the trip, but the host was on communication with us and took care of it right away and we appreciated it. The only thing I think I would change is the need for more basic necessities at the house for guests. We stayed for a week and we’re provided with only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, no basic kitchen foil/Saran wrap/ plastic baggies/ coffee filters etc. I get not wanting people to waste things but we are on vacation and would hope there would be basic kitchen essentials to use so I don’t have to buy everything and just leave it there since I wouldn’t take home on the airplane. But, overall we were happy with the house and the beach necessities provided for guests to use. Thank you for letting us rent your home!
