21 km east of Kuusamo, L. Haukijärvi 30 m (length 1 km, width 400 m), shallow, hard sand bottom, a pier, own boat. Log cottage 1993, renovated 2019, living room/kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, low-ceilinged upper floor with double bed and 2 beds, sauna and dressing room, open porch. Very peaceful location on shore of wild lake, no view of neighbours. Shore is suitable for children. Kuusamo, Ruka ski resort and Kuusamon Tropiikki Spa 21 km. Good fishing waters (pike, whitefish, perch), net fishing permit, ice drill, ice fishing equipment and electric smoking oven are included in rent, fishing guide services from owner by arrangement. River Kuusinkijoki 18 km.

2 km cross country skiing track near the cottage. Kuusamo skiing tracks in 10 km distance. Illuminated ice rink 4 km. Bear watching services 25 km.

schöne Lage, leider zu laut

Beschreibung zutreffend, tolle Lage, wunderbares Grundstück, sauber, Haus und Küche gut ausgestattet. Für Ruhesuchende nicht geeignet. Am gegenübereliegenden Seeufer, in ca. 300 m Entfernung, befindet sich eine Husky - Farm. Die Hunde bellen und jaulen jeden Tag sehr laut, sehr häufig und sehr ausdauernd (jeweils ca. 20 min, manchmal länger). Und ganz sicher nicht nur zwei mal am Tag zu den Fütterungszeiten, wie vom Vermieter bei der Schlüsselübergabe behauptet.
