Discover the Marais Breton during a stay in this cottage, in the heart of a preserved natural area! In a 70-hectare wetland, Sensitive Natural Area and labeled Wild Fauna Territories, you will stay near the Abbey of Ile Chauvet (5.8 km) and the port of the fields (9.2 km). More distant excursions will take you to Noirmoutier (bridge 30 km away, Gois passage 20 km away) or to the beaches of La Bernerie en Retz (20 km away) or La Barre de Monts (30 km away). This renovated house offers you, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living room/lounge/kitchen with a dart board and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marsh (binoculars available for observing the wildlife). A corridor leads to the first two bedrooms (each equipped with a 160 cm bed), a shower room, a toilet (access by 1 step), and a relaxation area. From this room, you will have access to a wellness area with shower, sauna and 4-seater spa and a second separate toilet, as well as a third bedroom (1 160 cm bed) and its annex (2 80 cm beds). Upstairs, you will find a final bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with private shower room and toilet.
Outside, you will have an enclosed area with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, Chilean chairs, gas plancha) as well as a second terrace upstairs from which you can observe the surrounding nature. In order to preserve biodiversity, natural meadows are not accessible.

The accommodation is located on a site with meadows where cows graze part of the year. You may come across the site manager during his wildlife or plant monitoring activities or during restoration work on the wetland.
