Any increase of occupants is subject to advance approval. Adults cannot rent on behalf of underage guests. Landlord may charge $1,000 with eviction.
Tenant may not have guests for more than 3 consecutive nights, nor more than 6 total nights in 28-day period. Landlord may charge $100/person/night.

Perfect Stay
The house was immaculate in cleanliness and included so much more than we needed. The amount of detail that was put into this home was just amazing. The decorations felt so homey and cozy. The area was quiet and serene. We appreciate how accommodating the host was and available to answer questions/concerns if needed.

We enjoyed the lania the most. Pool tv and grill, perfect place to hang out.

We enjoyed the lovely home that reflected a Floridian theme in the owner's decorating style. The pool was heated allowing us to exercise on days when the weather was not an issue. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus. The furniture was very comfortable as was the master bedroom.

Beautiful home and incredibly hospitable host!
Hummingbird Hideaways was an amazing stay for our family. This home is super neat and organized, which says a lot about our host. We loved our stay here, especially the kids who never wanted to leave the pool. Hummingbird Hideaways is definitely a 5 star stay and we would recommend it to anyone.
