Welcome to the beautiful Upper Lusatia

Surrounded by forest and nature, our house is idyllically situated in the Oybin "hell" overlooking the second highest mountain in the Zittau Mountains, the Hochwald.
We would like to offer you relaxing days in our more than 250 years old Umgebinde house, which we have lovingly and faithfully restored according to the old model.
Equipped with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, large log cabin with stove, open dining area and underfloor and wall heating throughout the house we offer you on about 130 m² enough space for 2 - 4 people (1 extra bed possible) for a pleasant Stay.
Here combines tradition and modernity, so that you hopefully on holiday nothing is missing.

Sensationell, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Ein wundervolles, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, direkt am Ende der Straße am Waldrand gelegen. Ein großer Garten samt Wiese lädt zum Verweilen und toben ein. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Gastgeber sind herzlich, sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt jeden.

„Gebettet“ zwischen Hochwald und Berg Oybin

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist einfach nur perfekt - angefangen von der idyllischen Waldrandlage, über die naturbewusste Wiederherrichtung des gesamten Objektes inklusive des Gartens, bis hin zu dieser geschmack- und liebevollen Einrichtung! Alles einfach nur sehr gelungen! Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns „zu Hause“!!

Umgebindehaus vom Feinsten

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Himmelfahrtwochenende in Oybin erlebt. Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und mit Liebe renovierte Umgebindehaus hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen.

Ein sehr schön restauriertes Umgebindehaus zum Wohlfühlen, sehr ruhig gelegen und das Richtige zum Entspannen. Toll auch die Weihnachtsdekoration am und im Haus.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus

Für einen Wanderurlaub im Zittauer Gebirge liegt dieses Haus genau richtig. Direkt von der Haustüre weg kann man loswandern. Sein Auto kann man getrost im Carport lassen. Das Haus selbst hat viel Atmosphäre, so dass man auch schöne Stunden bei schlechterem Wetter verbringen kann. Die gute Ausstattung lässt einen auch nichts vermissen, die ruhige Lage am Waldrand trägt zusätzlich dazu bei, dass man hier richtig die Seele baumeln lassen kann! Wir können das schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ansprechendes Urlaubsdomizil

Ein von den Eigentümern mit viel Liebe, auch zum Detail, renoviertes Umgebindehaus und Nebengelass. Urlausbsfeeling von Anfang an, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, herrliche Umgebung, gute Betätigungsmöglichkeiten - einfach toll. Das Objekt ist empfehlenswert.

Ein Haus zum absoluten Wohlfühlen

Hier stimmt einfach alles -- angefangen von dem sehr netten Kontakt mit der sehr hilfsbereiten Frau Froneberg, über die Lage des Ferienhauses ("Am Waldessaum" stimmt genau!), bis zur Einrichtung des Hauses. Dieses Umgebindehaus wurde in mühevoller und aufwendiger Arbeit von 2012 bis 2015 saniert (die entsprechenden Fotos kann man sich zum Beispiel auf dem bequemen Sofa neben dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer anschauen), und herausgekommen ist ein ganz besonderes Schmuckstück. Das Haus ist hochwertig, liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet und hat einige nette Überraschungen zu bieten (z.B. die Sitzecke im Kellergewölbe). Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gut durchdacht, so dass man sich in diesem Fünf-Sterne-Haus einfach rundum wohlfühlt! Wir bedanken uns noch einmal sehr bei Familie Froneberg, dass sie uns mit ihrem schönen Haus die beeindruckende Umgebung Oybins noch zusätzlich verschönert hat und kommen gern einmal wieder!

Einfach nur herrlich

Wir, 3 Erwachsene mit Kind, durften eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Es war einfach nur großartig, wir haben uns selten so wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Eine Woche sind wir jetzt wieder daheim und am liebsten würde ich gleich nochmal losfahren ;) Das Haus ist so liebevoll restauriert und die Küche beinhaltet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannung pur

Wir waren schon oft im Zittauer Gebirge im Urlaub, aber das erste Mal im Haus am Waldessaum. Wir kannten es noch im alten Zustand, um so mehr haben wir uns gefreut, es so toll restauriert wieder zu sehen. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und allem was ein gutes Ferienhaus braucht ausgestattet, haben wir einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter für die freundliche Begrüßung und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten anläßlig unseres Hochzeitstages. Wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub in Oybin wieder hier verbringen. Anja und Olaf W.

wunderbar!

Wir waren 5 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern in Oybin und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wie aus einer "Landlust" Zeitung sieht das Haus aus. Aber trotzdem so, das man den Kinder nicht ständig sagen muss, das Sie aufpassen sollen, das nicht umstürzt oder runterfällt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
