This flat can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the embankment, very popular with holidaymakers and on the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comforts you need, just a stone's throw from the main beach and the shops in Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.
The flat comprises a large, bright living room opening onto the sea-facing loggia, with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, large dining table with six chairs and TV.
The south-west-facing loggia, facing the ocean, has a table and chairs for relaxing after a day on the beach, or for socialising with family and friends!
An independent, fully-equipped kitchen: gas hob (X4), oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, coffee makers (Magimix and filter).
On the night side, there is a first bedroom with two 90cm single beds, an armchair, a desk and a loggia. A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage cupboards and a third bedroom with a single bed (90cm), an armchair and a loggia.
There is also a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin with storage unit, towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine.
Separate WC.
Parking is available in the pay car parks behind the residence.
