Garage use is not available and not included in reservations.

You will have the entire home to yourself. Our home has some smart futures. Smart lights are in the kitchen, dining area, hallway, top of basement stairs. Smart lights are also in the basement kitchen, bathroom vanity lights. Nest Wi-Fi thermostat is located in the hallway. You can adjust the temperature or we can adjust it remotely. Second bathroom and forth bedroom with double/full bed are located in the basement. Please make sure to turn off all basement lights. Lower bathroom light and exhaust fan are on a timer. The basement refrigerator may contains host foods. If you use something, please let us know so we can replace it. Light at the bottom of stairs and in laundry are motion activated and controlled by the switch upstairs. Children and pets not allowed in basement unattended.
***Dogs are not allowed on beds, furniture or in basement unattended, no bathing animals. Pets should be attended to at ALL times. Leashes are strongly recommended. There are neighboring pets and animals. Please do not allow your pet to roam freely outside***

Security System:****IMPORTANT ****Outside video/audio security cameras on front and rear of home. Motion lights on the pole barn, back of the house (near rear bedroom window), side porch and front. Outside security audio/video active 24/7. These camera's assist us numerous ways, such lawn maintenance, snow and waste removal.
