Cozy beautiful 4 bedroom home located in Ennis, Texas. Comfortable beds and peaceful backyard. Easy access to highway. 1.3 miles away from Ennis Texas, and only 35 miles away from Downtown Dallas. Fully equipped kitchen with a perfect coffee station. Outdoor dining area. Keypad self check into home with door code . Pet friendly with a small kennel.

Guess will have full access to house expect one bedroom due to cleaning storage. No shoes allowed in bedrooms.

.Front door keypad code access will be provided before arrival. Code for front door will be the same code to disable the alarm system.
.Pet owners
Your pet will need to be houses trained. All pets will need to be completely cleaned after inside and outside use. No pets allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Pets will need to be crated if left alone

One of the best experiences!

Could not speak higher of this rental and host. The house was immaculate and fully stocked, the use of the garage was amazing. We had zero issues our entire stay and won’t hesitate to rent again!

Perfect stay for our family!

We had an amazing time at this rental! The place was clean, bright, and exactly as described. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with the family. My granddaughter especially loved the fenced yard—it was great for her to run around and burn off some energy. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation!

Needed a Secure Garage

Perfectly located for attending the GT-R Festival at Texas Motorplex. The house was super clean and well maintained. We loved having a 2-car garage for safekeeping of my GT-R during our trip. We'll be back!

Excellent choice

This home checked every one of the important things I look for in a home. Clean! This home deserves a 6th star, it was crazy clean! Comfortable! Furniture was nice, comfortable and cozy. The electric recliner was just what my back needed. It had a nice big TV, and was easy to use. Quiet! I when we went to bed, we heard nothing. Not a dog, not a neighbor, pure peace. The bed and bedding were awesome. Secure! Walk to the end of the driveway and look right, boom! Police station, courthouse. We never heard a siren, not once. We will be coming back in Bluebonnet season for sure!! Rod S

Little Oasis Next to Convenience!!

This home is beautiful, quiet, restful, comfortable, spacious, and so very convenient! It is perfectly located and you are in need of nothing when you arrive! The host has thought of EVERYTHING! Go ahead- snatch it up before somone else does!! I am so happy I did!

Decent stay

Nice spacious house and very comfortable. All necessary amenities were included. There were several wasps nest around the front of the house that concerned us a bit. Also we had some gnats coming from the kitchen sink that were a nuisance. Overall a decent stay.

Loved the house!

What a wonderful house & location! I loved the floorplan- open flow from kitchen to dining to living area! Clean- felt brand new with nice privacy fence in the backyard! Close to cute town square with shopping and great restaurants. owner was so kind- my daughter couldn’t get a place to board her little dog and owner was kind enough to allow her to be with us!!

Wonderful home away from home!

This is by far the cleanest vacation rental home we have stayed in to date. It’s clear the owners care about their home and their guests’ experience. They have high quality foam mattresses and we slept as well as we do at home. We’d definitely stay here again.

Was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. It was exactly like what you see in the picture. It is around everything. The neighborhood was peacefully. They had plenty of cookware. Plenty of seasonings. Would stay there again.

Just Like Home!

This is a lovely home and very convenient to downtown Ennis. The fenced back yard and quiet street were perfect for our 2 dogs. We really appreciated the super-clean kitchen and baths and comfy furniture. If I had to choose a home layout it would be just like this one! We spent a day checking out the wildflowers as part of the Ennis Bluebonnet festival. We would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home! We’ll be back!

This home is so nice. It’s in a good location with a nice big backyard for pets. The house is decorated throughout. Comfortable beds but pillows could stand to be replaced. New neighborhood so everything looks great. Quiet neighbors. I think you would enjoy staying here.

Spacious home and yard

I can speak for the fabulous master bedroom/bath and common areas; all were spacious and comfy! This house was perfect for our dog and us to visit nearby family. The location was perfect since I have family in Crisp and Ennis. Angelina accommodated our last minute request to add on another night so we could arrive earlier than planned. She coordinated hastened cleaning and communicated quickly to make things happen. Most remarkably, the owner immediately responded to an unexpected appliance breakdown. The appliance issue was repaired on the same morning I reported it. Naturally, it is impossible to predict when things will wear out. I was impressed how responsive our host was to make things right ASAP, especially during the holidays. On another note, I’ll say this home would be a great location for polka fest. Considering the location of the Czech dance halls (SPJST, SOKOL, KC, KJT) and downtown— It is right in the middle.

Perfect location

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is great. There is everything you need for eating, Walmart, gas stations, all very close to the home. The location was great for a Canton First Monday trip. It is about 45 minutes to Canton and a beautiful drive through the county. I would recommend this home and when I am in this area I will use this home again.
