Magnificent Thoroughbred Farm in the heart of Florida Horse Country. Stalls too!

This 3 bedroom/2 bath house is located within The Silverleaf Training Center in Summerfield Florida. This house has an open concept with comfortable amenities and offers breathtaking views of a unique Florida Thoroughbred Farm. The training facility is a 5 min walk up the hill where you can watch and experience top thoroughbreds train and begin their career in racing. We also have extra stalls for your horses if needed! Extra Fee for stalls, available upon request.

Stayed at Summerfield for two nights when in town with family for a funeral. Very relaxing and clean accommodations. Beds comfortable. Communication A+++ Staff incredibly friendly. Grounds absolutely gorgeous. Hope to return under better circumstances. Thanks!

Equine paradise
Communication was amazing throughout and the house was perfect for our needs. My friends and I were blown away with how beautiful the estate was and found it super cool to watch the race horses early am race/warm up on the track. We highly recommend and will return next year.

Amazing quiet property near villages!
This quiet country house on beautiful acreages of a horse training facility was full of excellent communication, fast service and convenient location to Grand Oaks facility for horse show! Sam was on property to answer any questions and help in any way and owner Sherri was more than accommodating for our stay and very responsive to all our needs as well! We were only 20 min to the Grande Oaks property to attend our daughters horse show for the weekend. The beautiful facility had a pair of bald eagles to view, an incredible training facility for future race horses (off course my daughter's wants to take a few home with us :)).
