Sunroom Views, Dock Days & Cozy Nights

If you’re dreaming of peaceful mornings, cozy nights, and plenty of time by the water, you’re going to love it here. This sweet lake home is tucked away right on Hayden Lake and has the most breathtaking views of both the lake and surrounding mountains—it’s the kind of place where time just slows down (in the best way).

Inside the House
Kitchen Perks:
You’ll find all the essentials here (plus few fun extras) Blend up a smoothie, fire up the griddle for pancake mornings, and pop some corn for movie night. Yes, we have a popcorn maker! Just bring the butter—we’ve got the bowls.

Space to Gather:
The big round dining table seats up to eight and is the perfect spot for family dinners, game nights, or puzzle time. We’ve got a great mix of board games ready to go, so feel free to challenge your people to some friendly competition.

Comfy Living Room:
The living room is super comfy with cozy seating, a fireplace for those chilly evenings (just skip it during the dry summer months), and a view of the outdoors that might just steal your heart. Satellite TV and a DVD collection are here for your downtime too—because yes, movie marathons totally count as self-care.

Sunroom Time:
Upstairs, enjoy quiet mornings or relaxing afternoons in the charming sunroom—complete with built-in lounge beds and panoramic lake views. It’s ideal for reading, napping, or sneaking away for a bit of quiet. Great for kids, but let’s be honest—grown-ups love it just as much.

Outdoor Goodness
Deck Life:
Step outside to the star of the show: a multi-level deck with jaw-dropping lake and mountain views. Grill up something delicious, toast a few marshmallows around the firepit, or just kick back with your feet up and let the stress melt away. It’s impossible not to relax here.

Your Own Dock:
The stairs down are a little steep, so take your time (maybe leave the flip-flops at the top). Once you’re there, you’ll find:

Chairs, life jackets, and paddles tucked into a storage box

Kayaks, a paddleboard, and floaties—just let us know if you want them ready

Bringing a boat? Amazing. There’s a slip just for you. And if you’re renting, check with the local marina they have even delivered right to the dock!

A Few Handy Things to Know
Water: Please use the water cooler for drinking. The house water is filtered from the lake—great for showers, not sips

Wi-Fi: It’s satellite-based, so it’s fine for emails and browsing, but not ideal for heavy streaming or remote work—especially if the weather’s being dramatic. Due to this it would not be a work from home location.

Dock Access: Those stairs to the dock? Pretty, but steep. Watch your step!

Whether you’re sipping coffee in the sunroom, paddling out on the water, or winding down under the stars, this is the kind of place that makes you want to stay just a little longer.

We’d love to host you!

Hi I’m Jennifer 👋

My husband and I are both Central Washington natives who took a few year detour through Oregon before landing in what we now call our forever spot—beautiful North Idaho. We’ve been here for 12 years and honestly what's not to love!?

Together, we’ve raised four awesome kids and we’re now grandparents to three of the sweetest grandkids. Hosting on Airbnb has become a real family gig.! It’s truly a team effort—our kids are all hands-on and help keep everything running smoothly

Our family loves the outdoors—lakes, cabins, hiking, snowmobiling, campfires, s’mores… you get the idea. And we are in the right area for it! We’ve made so many happy memories in these spaces, and it brings us so much joy to share them with guests like you.

We hope you feel right at home and enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy sharing our spaces with you!

Why they chose this property

From the moment I first stepped onto this property, I felt something special. I could instantly picture my family spending sun-soaked summer days on the lake—boating, floating, kayaking, and simply enjoying each other’s company. I imagined quiet mornings on the deck, coffee in hand, soaking in the stillness before the day began.

There was something about the space that felt peaceful and welcoming, like a place where you could really unplug and breathe deep. I knew right away this wasn’t just another place. It was a special one.

It’s has been a special place for us, and we truly hope it becomes that for you too.
