My husband and I currently reside in Kansas. We are looking forward to retiring in a few years and in the meantime will escape a bit of winter in our coastal retreat.
Why they chose this property
We visited Ft Myers last winter and fell in love with the area. We decided to pursue a property in this area and were fortunate to purchase this property as our future retirement home and are eager to share it with others until we can be there full time. It is close to several beaches to enjoy for the day or even to catch an evening sunset. The golf and amenities provided in Lexington are outstanding.
What makes this property unique
Brand new A/C unit in August of 2021. Delegation of privileges and fee required for right of use of Club facilities, ability to charge meals/beverages to your membership account vs carrying money/card with you. Golf village tenants and owners receive higher priority for tee times.
