In the 11th arrondissement, this quiet 40 m2 apartment has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.

- 1 minute walk from a supermarket "Monop' SAINT AMBROISE" for your small daily purchases;
- 300 m from the metro line 3.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are allowed.
