- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

- A 7 m² terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bois-d'Arcy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the reserved space in front of the apartment. The Leclerc public parking lot is also 350m away.
