The place was centrally located and had all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway in Harbor. We enjoyed ourselves and have already booked the same property for another stay next month!

This little place is wonderful!! Very updated, close to everything and very clean! You even get a view of the water from the balcony. We highly recommend this apartment and plan to come back!

Girls weekend

This property was amazing! We loved the convenience of everything. The patio was just what I wanted for my daughter in laws to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable place for a kid free weekend. The condo was clean and had everything that we would need to be comfortable. And Andy was so helpful when there was an error on our behalf with the booking. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely book here again. If there was in thing that I thought was odd, it was the flooring in the house. I would bring slippers next time. They did a good job of covering most of it with throw rugs or large rugs but it’s hard on the feet. Thanks Andy for a perfect stay. We will be referring friends for sure.

Terrific place.

Property manager was prompt in replying to queries. Apartment is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great location! Small issue with noise on windy nights when powerful gusts whipped through exterior canvas window coverings. Nature!

Cute & Quaint place in the middle of Adorable Harbor Springs

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our short winter trip up to Harbor Springs. The condo is 1 block away from the picturesque and quaint downtown Harbor Springs. It was great to be able to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the harbor. We were mainly in town to ski, and the condo is a 10 minute drive up to Nub's Nob (which we really enjoyed!). The condo itself is newly updated and clean. The two bedrooms have queen beds and the couch in the living room also folds down into a bed. Note that the tv does not have any streaming capabilities, so we wished we had brought a Chromecast (or something like it) to watch movies after a day on the slopes. Overall, we'd highly recommend this condo and, if we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice get-away.

Spent 4 days here recently. This a very nice condo right in downtown Harbor Springs. Perfect for a couple. Everything about it was first class, and immaculate. All you need, with a wonderful balcony for morning coffee, and just relaxing. So great to walk everywhere to restaurants, coffee shops, cocktails. Lovely access to the bay, marina, and waterfront dining. Andy is a great host/manager. She was very flexible, and responsive when needed. Would definitely return.

Beautiful property with just a few issues

The property was beautiful, very clean and well stocked, and the location was great!! Andy was very responsive when we had questions. Check in was a bit confusing. We were not aware of the exact location of the entry door (in the back) and there was no address above the entry door. Also, having the door left open before we came, and the key being the standard “copyable” type, was a bit concerning, as this has the potential of being a security risk. A keypad lock with a deadbolt would feel more secure as, we assume, the code could be changed with each new guest. Other issues were the lack of shampoo, and not being able to use the television: There were no instructions provided and we kept getting errors on the screen. (We did not reach out to Andy for either of these issues.) We also suggest that, for added privacy, window coverings be provided on the balcony door and the adjacent window.
