Completely renovated two-room apartment located on the 2nd floor, with air conditioning, Lake Salonique sector, residence with elevator "Le Paul Émile"
Including: A living room with convertible sofa bed for two people, large flat screen TV. Kitchenette area equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer section, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils.
A separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, cupboard/storage. A cabin with 2 bunk beds.
Bathroom/shower, separate toilet.
A bay window opening onto a terrace of approximately 7 m², equipped with garden furniture, blinds, south-east exposure, pleasant view of Lake Salonika and gardens.
Private parking space closed by an electric barrier.
NON-SMOKING apartment, NO PETS ALLOWED. Designed for 4 people.
Practical information: market day is Wednesday morning from the beginning of June to the beginning of September, you can also stroll through the artisan night market along the Quai d'Honneur in July and August. A port shuttle can take you to the various districts of Port Camargue.
