Paradise Awaits You - Deluxe Cal-King Bed with Seasonal Novafoam Topper


Comfort and convenience await you in our completely re-modeled condo, including tile floors thru-out, walk-in shower, granite countertops, new appliances, and decor. Wireless Internet access in the condo for multiple users, for your convenience.
Prepare a gourmet meal in our new, fully equipped kitchen.

We provide one parking place per stay. Any additional vehicles will incur a charge for parking.

Stretch out in our deluxe Cal King bed for a rejuvenating sleep. The bed has a new Novafoam seasonal topper that keeps you cooler when sleeping and adds luxurious cushioning. You won't find this in many condo's.

The A/C is on a one hour timer. We find the fans are adequate. If you like continuous A/C this may not work for you. No A/C in bedroom

Full size washer/dryer.

A newly installed ceiling fan in the bathroom provides a cooling breeze when stepping out of the shower, another feature few condo's provide.

Enjoy the Peek-a-Boo Ocean view as well as the West Maui Mountains from your lanai anytime of the day. The stars abound at night.

The condo is in building 2 at Maui Vista, the third floor location enhances the views as well as added security.

Just 300 steps to Charlie Young Beach for wonderful sun bathing, walking, swimming and snorkeling. Beach Chairs, towels are provided.

Access to all water activities and equipment rentals at The Cove, just 1/2 a block away.

Tennis courts & pools on site.

Maui offers ocean walking/hiking trails, World Class Golf Courses, and you are walking distance to shopping & great restaurants.

FYI. Drones are not allowed to be operated on the property at all.

A rare find in Kihei
This unit in the Maui Vista had everything I needed as a solo traveler (It also works perfectly for a couple). It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. It close to everything I like to do on the south side of Maui. It is walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants in the area and is walking distance to some of the best beaches. Next time I visit I will be looking for this unit first.

If you want a centrally located and we’ll provisioned condo in Kihei
My wife and I were familiar with Kihei and wanted a centrally located condo to celebrate retirement and 50 year anniversary. This unit in Maui Vista represented just about everything you could desire for both short term and long term. We spent 2 months. Loved every day and every evening of sunsets. Very reasonably priced. Property well maintained. VRBO owners were wonderful to work with.

Very comfortable and close to everything. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Grounds are well maintained and great parking. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

An apartment in paradise!
Great 1 bed/1 bath in the heart of Kihei! In addition to what you’d expect, there were beach chairs, towels, etc. Awesome balcony, and short walk to beach, restaurants, surfing lessons, etc. maybe 10 minute drive to Wailea shops, and maybe 45 minute (SPECTACULAR) drive along the coast to Lahaina. Great location, great hosts!!

Fabulous Time -- Fantastic Set up
This is a great property with an amazing beach right across the street from a fantastic little beach. We fell in love with Kihei; it doesn't get the press that Lahaina does and that's a shame. Quiet and lovely with great food choices. Super well located property. We'll be back!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location
We loved our stay in Nancy's Kihei condo! The condo was lovely and had a peek-a-boo glimpse of the ocean. The amnesties that the condo provides are wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and having a washer and drier in the unit is amazing. It was so nice to be able to wash our beach clothes mid-trip and know that we had all clean clothes. My only small wish was to have some small, basic condiments stocked--the condo didn't have any salt, pepper, or oil. We had hoped to scramble some eggs one morning, but there was no oil. This is a small quibble, and we were able to hard boil our eggs instead. I also greatly appreciated how responsive and kind Nancy was with our question before the trip. Additionally, the location of the condo in Kihei is great, we were able to walk to many of our favorite dining spots and beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Mahalo!

Perfect — walkable and relaxing
Enjoyed snorkeling right across the street (so many sea turtles!) and all the restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Rented a car for a couple days from Turo for exploring the island, but other than that enjoyed sticking close to home base. Definitely recommend!

PERFECT STAY!
We loved staying here! It was immaculately clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything you might want while here (beach towels, chairs, tennis rackets, kitchen tools etc). The perfect amount of space for my partner and I as well. The location was great too and just a short walk to about 3 different beaches. I only had to speak to Nancy once to ask about bandaids but she responded instantly when I texted. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Maui!

This condo comes with a gorgeous sunset every night! It is well stocked and clean. The hosts left a manual with information for anything on the island and at this location. Centrally located in Kehei with the beach right across the street. Washer and dryer was a bonus!

The perfect condo!
I said to my husband many times while staying at this condo, "This is the perfect condo!" The place was so well equipped with everything you could want at home to be comfortable (washer/dryer, drying rack, laundry detergent, dishwasher, etc.) plus what you need for the beach! My husband and I only traveled with carry-on luggage, so having a condo with beach towels, chairs, and umbrella all available was so helpful! My biggest compliment to this place was the kitchen!! I am vegan so I often do my own food prep. This kitchen had just about everything I could want to cook full meals! The complex was beautiful and in very close walking distance of the gorgeous and peaceful Charley Young beach (my favorite beach on Maui)! Thank you, Nancy, for playing such a big part in giving my husband and I a wonderful vacation! Note: This place is ideal for a couple.

My husband & I live on the island of Molokai HI, and treasure our time on Maui. We love outdoor activities of all kinds. We have 2 cats. I was a resident of Maui for 15 years prior to meeting my husband. Maui is home for me, now Molokai also.

Why they chose this property

I bought the condo when I lived on Maui in 1990 with retirement in mind. We travel there 3-4 times a year and it is always hard to leave not only Maui, but all my friends there. The condo is so conveniently located you almost do not even need a rental car.

What makes this property unique

I enjoy the convenient location to the water and all activities involved. There are rental carts providing Paddle Boards, Surfboards, whatever suits your tastes just 1/2 block away. We are both ocean lovers, we enjoy early morning ocean walks along the wonderful trails thru the parks nearby.
The lanai is a delightful place to enjoy meal and a beverage and enjoy the views.
I love our condo and enjoy the beauty of it daily. Our Cal King bed makes slumber delightful and roomy.
Full size washer and dryer are in the condo...another thing not many condo’s host. Wireless internet makes it easy and convenient for more than one person to be online if necessary. The 3rd floor offers more security and the property has all- night security. Six Tennis courts on property as well as 3 pools. If one is taken you can enjoy any of the others.
Come and enjoy all our condo & Maui offers..

The condo is for 2 people only, there is no sofa bed.
