With an open floor plan, the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. Enjoy direct access to a private terrace with a seating area where you can unwind and bask in the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. You'll also find a washer and ironing equipment in the apartment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a snug double bed (140x200) with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. It also has a balcony that lets in fresh air and natural light.

The bathroom provides all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Marseille, the second largest city in France, offers you a Mediterranean climate throughout the year. As soon as you arrive at Saint-Charles train station, you'll be able to see the Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde, also known as the "Good Mother." You'll also appreciate the grandeur of the Longchamp Palace in the 4th arrondissement. Stroll through the Panier district, the oldest neighbourhood in Marseille, and meet local shopkeepers and artisans. Nature lovers will significantly enjoy the park at the Pharo Palace. For the more adventurous, you can sail across the sea to l'Estaque or the Frioul Islands.

Don't hesitate to taste the local specialities, such as the famous "navette de Marseille" pastry. Those fortunate enough to be present on the Feast of the Assumption will even have the opportunity to witness the procession of the Virgin through the streets of the Panier, a tradition dating back to 1807!

Marseille Provence Airport is approximately a 28-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
