"Quelle" Brauhaus 3, adults only, fireplace, jacuzzi and garden sauna

The holiday apartment "Quelle" on the ground floor of the house with a view of the countryside has an extra entrance and a large, wheelchair accessible high terrace.

In the own carpentry built eco designer furniture made of natural wood, a stove, oversized bed, private outdoor hot tub, lots of light and space in the house and on the high terrace, swimming pond in the garden - these are just a few of the nice things, the holiday here in make the spring so pleasant, in every season.

The former brewery has a total of 3 apartments and a double room. It presents itself impressively at the entrance of Köslau. Situated directly on the Rennweg and close to the Burgenstraße, only half an hour from the World Cultural Heritage City of Bamberg, it has become a very special place for relaxing holidaymakers or even short-term guests after extensive and careful refurbishment. Awarded with the Memorial Fund Prize 2016!

Ruhe und Erholung pur
Ein mit Hingabe und Leidenschaft für das Material Holz gestaltetes Objekt mit Wohlfühlgarantie! Der auf der großen Holzterrasse rund um die Uhr verfügbare Whirl-Pool und der Zugang zum liebevoll angelegten Badeteich in Verbindung mit der unglaublichen Ruhe machen das Objekt zu einem seltenen Kleinod. Mobiliar (aus der eigenen Schreinerwerkstatt), Küchenausstattung und die fürsorgliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin (wo bekommt ein Gast zwischendurch schon mal selbst gebackenen Kunden!) runden das Gesamtbild ab. Da sind der überdachte Abstellplatz für den PKW und der unkomplizierte Zugang zur Ladestation - anderswo als Upgrade gehandelt - sogar Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Lage in Köslau ist ideal für Erholungssuchende. Wer wandern, Radtouren oder einfach nur die Beine hochlegen will, findet dort einen idealen Standort. Achtung "Wiederholungsrisiko" ist extrem hoch :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt und noch ein bisschen mehr. Mit ihrer abgeschiedenen Lage hat man in jedem Fall seine Ruhe. Trotzdem fehlt durch den Jacuzzi auch ein wenig Luxus nicht.

Relaxing in natural beauty
Loved visiting this part of Germany, but enjoyed even more our stay here in this beautifully designed and furnished place. Silvia was a gracious host and her husband, Thomas, is carrying on his family’s tradition of beautifully designed furniture. Alexandra’s Cafe and her glorious cakes, open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons is another special find and a short stroll from the Brauhaus. People come from all over to have some, so if your stay is on a weekend, be sure to stop by!

Absolut toll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Wir wurden mit frischem Kuchen und frischen Blumen in der Wohnung empfangen. Nur die Mücken in der Nacht haben uns gestört. Da wären Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer hilfreich.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dasein an einem wundervollen Ort...
... bei gutem und weniger gutem Wetter, Dank zusätzlichem Kaminofen, bodentiefen Fenstern und weitem Blick über Felder und Wald sicherlich auch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Großzügige, lichtdurchflutete Räume in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, Eichenholz-böden, eine komfortable Ausstattung, die nichts vermissen lässt, hochwertige Betten, eine große, ganztags sonnige Terrasse, die gelungene Kombination von historische Bausubstanz mit modernen Elementen uam. trugen zum Wohlfühlen während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthaltes in der Fewo "Quelle" bei. Die veröffentlichten Fotos sind überaus angemessen - die Wohnung erschien uns in Natura nur noch schöner. Im Umkreis sind attraktive Ausflugsziele mit dem PKW gut erreichbar, für sportliche Gäste führen Fahrrad-, Wander- und Spazierwege vom Haus weg in alle Richtungen. Vielen Dank Fam. Schuhmann, wir hoffen, unsere Gespräche bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Köslau evtl. fortsetzen zu können...

Traumtage auf dem Land.
Die FeWo ist superschön. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Der Kamin schafft an kalten Tagen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter wird es dank des vorhandenen technischen Equipments nicht langweilig. Der Ausblick über die Felder, riesen Fenster und große Terrasse, ist herrlich. Wir haben zwei Tage zu "Schlechtwettertagen" erklärt um die schöne FeWo voll umfänglich nutzen zu können :-)

Urlaub auf höchstem Niveau
Wir waren jetzt zum 2ten Mal in Köslau und wir kommen bestimmt wieder . Als erste Gäste konnten wir die neue Wohnung "Quelle " testen und wir sind begeistert . Gewohnt liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet . Die Wohung ist kaum mehr zu toppen - und dann dieser Ausblick - einfach super. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und auf schönes Ambiente nicht verzichten möchte , ist genau richtig . Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub Familie Feld

Silvester-Urlaub im alten Brauhaus in Köslau
Wir waren das 2.te Mal bei Frau Schuhmann in Köslau. Dieses Mal durften wir die ersten Gäste in der Wohnung Quelle im neuen Brauhaus 3 sein. Topp Ausstattung bis ins Detail, tolle Aussicht und wunderschönes Ambiente. Wir haben uns super Wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Wer etwas Besoneres sucht, ist im Brauhaus 3 genau richtig.
