Such a hassel
An accurate map of where the condo is and where parking is would have been helpful and would have helped us to avoid 2 hours of driving around asking people for help who had no idea. Description says there is free parking but they fail to mention that the parking we are expected to use is a very long distance from the condo. There is no way to make unloading an easy task. It's a long hike to bring all your belongings and kids. Not knowing where parking was and going on the assumption that it would be near the condo, we were met with turn around after turn around, until we were finally able to get ahold of someone to tell us where we could park. However, the answering service also spoke as if they didn't know exactly where anything was as well.
When we finally made it into the condo we were met with horrible fumes from what smelled like paint. The box springs on the first bed was broke so when you slept or sat on it, you sink into it. Terribly uncomfortable. The pipes in the bathroom would shake violently when trying to shower. The door to the cabinet in the bathroom kept falling off. The refrigerator kept freezing over and unfreezing which ruined some of our food and creamer.
The description made this condo sound updated and serene and that's not at all what we found.
Thankfully, the condo is loacted in the village of the wharf. Literally it's only thing that made the other things tolerable.
