Welcome to Island Time Inn! This 3 BR, 3 bath private home is located in Bokeelia Isles, Pine Island, Florida. Welcome to your vacation paradise, complete with a boat lift that can accommodate up to a 26' boat and is supported by a wide and deep canal. This home features an upper level with 2 large bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 full baths, plenty of luxurious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. TVs in every bedroom, 55" screen in the living room and kitchenette. Full sized washer/dryer too. The lower level suite with private entrance has a queen bed, TV and bathroom and opens to the lower level kitchenette complete with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, TV, sink, and counter. Beautiful mature palm trees and tropical landscaping offer privacy. Relax and unwind while listening to the gentle sounds of the waterfall in the beautifully landscaped pool.

Pine Island is world renown for fishing, boating and kayaking. Tarpon, Grouper, Reds, all here! Cayo Costa, Captiva, Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbor, Shell Pass, and Pine Island Sound are only minutes away by boat.

Enjoy a delicious meal and at one of the many waterfront restaurants. Shop the charming boutiques and galleries in Matlacha. Take a bike ride on the designated bike path that extends the 17 mile length of Pine Island.
Explore The Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail (check out www.paddleflorida.net), a 190-mile marked canoe and kayak trail that meanders through the coastal waters and inland tributaries of Lee County. Lavender's Landing Boat Ramp is a block away, easy kayak launch and access to The Paddling Trail.
Visit the many protected wildlife preserves on Pine Island, to see the native pines, bald eagles and tropical groves. Guide yourself through the 3/4 mile Calusa Heritage trail, take a trip to The Museum of The Islands. Acres of mango tree farms, indulge in a fresh delicious mango smoothie or homemade mango jam.

Jug Creek Marina and Fish House, The Lazy Flamingo 3 Restaurant and Marina and the pier at Captain Capt'n Con's Fish House are nearby, enjoy dining, fishing, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Wave hello to "Uno", the resident dolphin who loves to pose for pictures!

Excellent vacation! Phenomenal Hosts!

My wife and I were looking for a laid back place to spend a month at Christmas time with our kids for part of the time and Island Time was perfect. We didn’t have any issues but if we had any questions the host was always quick to answer. We would definitely recommend this place and we will likely return.

Perfect for our stay! Pool area was great too. All of the ingredients for a great vacation. Proximity to the boat ramp and use of the boat lift made things very enjoyable. hope to go back soon!

The house has lots of room for a family upstairs along with the downstairs apartment with full amenities. The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The covered boat lift safely held my flats boat each night dry and charged for the next day of fishing.

This was our first time to Bokeelia and we loved it! This was a great place to stay! We highly recommend it! We had such a fun time with Rich doing sightseeing by water and then with Bobby catching fish! Such a friendly place to stay!

Family vacation

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The home had everything that we needed. The pool was amazing after a day on the boat. And the house has a boat lift so our boat didn’t have barnacles growing on it. We played shuffleboard every night and had an amazing family vacation. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Florida Getaway!

Island Time Inn was a perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy our Florida time together. The house has it all, well equipped and appointed as well as thoughtfully laid out. We lacked for nothing. The pool and terrace are a tropical paradise, beautifully landscaped and private. The boat lift and canal front made getting out on the water effortless. The house was a perfect base from which to explore the region. Thank you, Donna and Roy! We will return!

Perfect rental for a fishing/family vacation

The house has plenty of room for multiple guests if needed including the downstairs area. The house was very clean with new appliances and everything worked without issues. The pool and deck have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun. The boat lift accommodated my flats boat perfectly and with just a five minute idle out of the canal you are in Charlotte Harbor for some fantastic fishing. Roy is easy to deal with and very friendly. This is a great home to rent that meets all of my needs and I will be back next year.

Nice Bookelia Rental

What I enjoyed about this house, compared to others we rented in this area, is the outdoor pool. Coming from sun-starved Michigan, sitting by the larger than average pool in the sun was so nice (no lanai over the pool blocking our sun). Beautifully landscaped - which made the pool area feel like a vacation in itself. It has a nice dock & boat lift, and easy canal access. Also the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. Often I feel like our vacation rental kitchens just have a hodgepodge mix of yard sale kitchen ware, but this kitchen was stocked like the owners themselves use it. And it made such a difference when cooking dinner- to have the cookware you actually need available. We will rent here again.

Perfect Location

My family has been staying in Bokeelia for years, this was one of our favorite locations. The house was perfect, had every thing needed for our stay. The pool area could not be any better! Quiet paradise

Very clean and lovely home. Great location, wonderful pool, kayaks, bicycles and boat lift. Neighbors are friendly and the location is absolutely perfect for fishing and boating. The owners are very communicative and accommodating.. You're going to love exploring Bokeelia!

We love Pine Island, it's the largest and least known of a group of islands along Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast. The Island is 17 miles long and two miles wide at it's broadest point.
