Beautiful home with 250' of frontage on idyllic Lake Crabapple. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room with TV & stereo. The Master bedroom has a propane fireplace and TV. Enclosed sunroom and updated kitchen and appliances. On the deck, there is a BBQ grill. propane fire/table and patio table. Also includes a canoe, paddleboat, rowboat 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. Parking inside and out for 5 vehicles.

Amazing!!! Loved It

More beautiful in person!! Even though it is 4 hours away from our home we cant wait to come back!! We want to at least a week next time. Owner was very responsive and helpful and kind. Everything was the way it was described. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of towels, blankets, outdoor activity supplies. Beds were comfortable and even games and game systems! Love it!

New dock!

This house is an amazing property. We've been here several times and it just gets better every time. The owners are always making small improvements, adding or changing out furniture as needed, etc., and they now have built a brand new dock to replace the old one that was waterlogged. It's beautiful and we can't wait until our return this summer to the most peaceful spot on earth so we can use it!

Peaceful lake

My family and I had a wonderful time at the lake house. Lots of fun on the water toys and being in nature. The lake is so peaceful and is the perfect getaway from busy city life. Our kids loved the retro video games and the PlayStation. We had everything we needed to make our meals (except I couldn't find 1/4 cup measuring cup) with the fully stocked kitchen. There was dog poop out by the dock but everything else was clean and amazing. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

The perfect peaceful retreat

Three of us come here about once a quarter to have a mini crafting retreat and and work on quilting or scrapbooks. But it really is the perfect place to just relax and do nothing, or maybe finally read that book you just never have time for. Even just sitting in the sunroom watching the activity on the lake is enough to keep us entertained for hours at a time. It's hard to believe the house is only 20 miles from home because being there is like being in another world. We're always sorry to leave on our last morning, but we know we'll be back soon!

Home Base for Our Adventure Exploring the PNW

Beautiful lake view in relaxing house

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks including one week with our adult daughter. We couldn't be happier with this house for our stay. The view of the lake from the sun room was so relaxing. We played ping pong in the garage every day and took advantage of the water toys several times. We caught a bunch of bass fishing from the dock. The house is clean and had what we needed for our long stay. I'd highly recommend this place.

Great Place

There was 6 of us adults and the house was so roomy, it was so comfortable for everyone and allowed space if you wanted it. The outside was awesome being right on the lake and very quiet area. Having access to kayaks and other water craft was a great addition to most rentals. Better than described, highly recommended!!!

Fantastic House - awesome owner

The house is great and the location is downright stunning. We loved sitting on the deck and watching neighbors float by in their rowboats and kayaks - and keeping an eye out for the bald eagle who nests nearby. You won’t find a better place to stay anywhere.

Can't say enough good things

We've stayed at a lot of nice properties over the years, but we all feel like this one tops the list. It's not just the house itself, or even the wonderful lakefront location, but the friendliness and responsiveness of the hosts. They are wonderful! They made a point of having their piano tuned for when we stayed there, and they are always updating and improving the property; next summer, I'm told, they will have a new dock which is an extremely inviting prospect! Can't wait for our next visit.

Fabulous holiday home!

We spent 1 week at Crabapple Lake after a road trip from SFO, before flying home to the UK, and what a fantastic week! The property was brilliant - so much to do (lake toys, table tennis, lake fishing, games, nearby shops, trips to San Juan islands etc) but also so quiet and hidden away from the bustle of every day life. Finding such a lovely property with all this is rare! The sun room was just amazing - morning coffee watching mummy and baby deer eat grass by the lake, evening wine watching the sun go down! Perfect. Gordon popped by to say hello and check all was well - what a great host. If we are ever back in WA this will be where I book! Thank you Gordon and Mary Ann!

Wonderful home on a beautiful lake!

We travelled with another family and stayed at Gordon’s lovely home. The house was very spacious and very well appointed… and the views of the lake were stunning! It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed swimming in the lake and frolicking on the dock every day. We look forward to a return visit!

Perfect family getaway

The house is very spacious and equipped with pretty much everything you need. The lake was really nice. There's kayaks, canoe, paddle board, basketball, ping pong, games. Everyone had a blast. I would highly recommend this property.

Most beautiful and private home ever!

This home was amazing! It is secluded and private (no noise from cars or trucks or sirens) yet just a couple minute drive to anything you could need or want to do. It was large enough for our whole family to use as the get together spot for grilling, games, cards and family photos. This home has everything you could need or want to have fun in or on the water, or just relax and unwind. It is the kind of vacation home that you don’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this property. And if you think it looks pretty in the pictures, just wait until you see it in person! It is breath taking. Nice "home away from home".

We had a wonderful stay with kids and grandkids. The home is open and airy with LOTS of natural light. The master bedroom and ensuite are huge. The other bedrooms were ample sized. We were able to take family photos in the sunroom without needing any artificial light (or flashes). The view of the lake from the sunroom was spectacular. Being at the end of the road, it was very quiet during our stay. Only one time during our stay did we encounter other traffic on the narrow road to the property. Gordon was super to work with. The next time we travel to that area, we will definitely check to see if this property is available.

The Lake House

This place was just what everyone needed

From the chocolate & wine that greeted us to the serene lake view to the comfy beds and the privacy... all wonderful. We enjoyed the piano, kayaks, games, new appliances, and the long walks out the door -with sunny days! This place has everything we wanted to disconnect while reconnecting. We hope to return soon and have already recommended Crabapple Lake to friends!

Beautiful quiet lakeside retreat

No funky woodsy rundown cabin with character, but a modern clean spacious luxury house that just happens to be in a peaceful woodsy location. We loved it!
