Located just 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food places.
High speed internet, cable & netflix will make you feel right at home.
Laundry is available on the main level for those longer stays. The garage is also available for you to use for those Minnesota winter days.

Nice new home.
Worked well for our family of four. The house and everything in it was new when we stayed there in November 2021. The house was set up perfectly for our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner.
