This home made for a perfect a family vacation!!!Offering a comfortable home with an amazing outdoor pool/patio area. The convenience of beach supplies made for great times at the beach. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood and also close to everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Winter getaway #10

Beautiful villa in an area of other stately homes. Very large pool part of very spacious, well appointed lanai area. Home has everything for an easy stay— ample kitchenware, newer appliances, 2 dining spaces, hvac comfortable and easy to manage, bedrooms are roomy and modern, and towels enough for a month! The garage is filled with beach gear and bikes and more bikes. We have been renting on Marco for 10 spring breaks, this is the best house yet! Oh yes, communication with the manager/owner was quick and helpful .

Our stay in Marco island

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco island at the Villa. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious and the shining star was the salt water pool. We ventured out most days but also enjoyed cooling off in the pool when we returned. Our favorite excursion was a private boat tour with Florida adventures. We would highly recommend staying here and we also plan to do it again!

Great stay!

We had 3 families of 4 staying the week, kids between ages 12-15. We had a great time and the pool area is awesome, pictures online don't really show it all. We went the beach 3 days and rented a boat and went to amazing beach with shells. Kids made some great memories entire time. Neighborhood is very safe and high end homes all around. Planning another trip next year!

Perfect getaway

This villa lived up to the description! Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels. So much space to spread out and pool was awesome. Great location, could ride bikes provided to beach. We are already planning our next visit!

Family gathering on Marco Island

Very large comfortable living space for all of us. Furnishings up to date and very well decorated. We all enjoyed the large pool area and heated pool. Host was very responsive to questions and minor concerns. We all felt that this house made our stay on Marco Island very memorable.

Exceptional Experience!

We stayed at the property with four adults and two children under two. The property was exactly as it appeared in the photos and had everything you'd expect from a 5-Star listing. The location on the island is excellent as it's close to amenities but tucked away on its own. The pool may be the biggest on the island, and the large lot allows for some privacy. We will be back!

Fantastic weekend getaway!

This spacious home is perfect for family gatherings. Plenty of space to be together and to spread out and relax! The pool is the largest I’ve seen on Marco, with great chairs, nice sun all afternoon. The kitchen is well stocked and communication with the property manager was outstanding. It was also wonderful to have bikes to take out for some brief excursions on the island.

This is a wonderful property for a large group! Great location on Marco and plenty of dishes and kitchen items , towels , bikes and space. Everyone got in the pool and there were plenty of pool toys and beach toys for the grand kids. We loved it!

Spacious house great for our group

This house was great for our group of 5 couples who are lifelong friends. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need and the sitting, dining, and outdoor areas were comfortable and spacious. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is convenient and the yard is lushly landscaped. The pool was very comfortably warm even in February. Highly recommend.

The Villa San Marino Marco Island

First off the House/Compound was AMAZING. Our parents lived in Naples, Florida. Our purpose was to bring our Mother's remains to be by our Dad's side in Naples as she passed in October 2023. It was a sad goodbye but we made the best of it. The house has everything you will need and was EXTREMELY clean. The host is VERY responsive and was incredible to work with. We HIGHLY recommend The Villa and will be back and each sibling will bring their families. There are plenty of things to do, in and around Marco Island for the entire family.

Beautiful Property

Villa San Marino was the perfect home for our getaway with friends. The home was clean and had a great layout that provided plenty of space. The outdoor lanai was great, with a nice pool, plenty of lounging, seating and outdoor table options, and a grill. The kitchen was stocked with all of the items needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes/silverware. The owner was great too! They checked-in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for things to do/see in the area. We had a great vacation!

Exceeded our expectations

This is a beautiful house with an excellent layout to accommodate all kinds of groups. We were 6 adults and 6 kids, ages (almost) 2 to 11. Plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of bathrooms. The living spaces were also well-designed, with 2 indoor dining areas, 3 sitting areas, multiple TV's and a great kitchen. But the best thing was the thoughtfulness of the owner. There was a charging station WITH CABLES! Bicycles for our use, lots of pool toys, plenty of towels, extra sheets, pillows and blankets, an insane number of dishes, cups and cutlery, including beautiful, lightweight, kid-friendly plastic dishes. Every kitchen appliance you could want. A stocked cabinet with spices, K-cups, sugar and other sweeteners. The owner is extremely responsive to any question or request. We couldn't have asked for more.
