It's 5 o'clock somewhere, and this snowbird-friendly home, with a cheerful beach-style mural, is just the place to relax. Enjoy the private pool and pool spa, complete with a view of the canal and a waterfall feature! The lanai means that everyone will stay comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. If you feel like some vacation barbecue, the private gas grill can take on anything you want to give an extra char. Catch some fresh air (and some fish) out on your private dock on the canal. Inside, enjoy a few rounds on the pool table in the comfort of central air conditioning. The open living room is perfect for enjoying board games together after a day of exploring. The nearby kitchen features everything you need to put together meals, including a French door refrigerator and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Two bedrooms feature a desk workspace (one has a monitor), in case someone needs to finish up some remote work during their stay. But once you're ready to relax, there's a spot next to the pool with your name on it.
Each bedroom in this home is set in a great location. The first, primary bedroom of the home is just to the right as you walk through the front door (before the pool table). This charming room features an entrance to the back deck, as well as a desk workspace, ceiling fan, and an extensive en suite bathroom featuring two vanities, a soaking tub, and a step-in stone shower. The remaining three bedrooms are clustered together in one section of the home. Just head down the hallway past the dining room and kitchen to find these three bedrooms. The home’s overall second bedroom is just to the left, and features a fun reclaimed wood-style accent wall along with a ceiling fan. The third bedroom (just next door) features a ceiling fan, a desk, and a view of the canal. The fourth and final bedroom features a view of the canal as well, as well as a fold-up desk for guest use, a private entrance to the pool deck, and an overhead ceiling fan. There are mattress toppers for the primary king bed and one queen bed for your use if desired (if these are currently not on beds, they are in the closets for you).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for guest use (located in the garage).
A high chair and Pack-N-Play are available in the twin bedroom closet for younger guests.
Pool heat is only available from October 1st to May 1st, at a cost of $32 (plus tax) per day fee. It can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Guests must request heat at least 72 hours in advance.
If you want spa heat, even if you aren't ordering pool heat, you still need to pay the daily heat fee. Please do so in advance of your stay if you want the ability to use spa heat during your stay.
No garage parking.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Four security cameras are installed outside by the garage, by the front door, outside the pool screen door, and by the pool heater. They are recording 24 hours a day.
Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any watercraft.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
