Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it includes:

The accommodation is ideally located:
- at the foot of a bus stop (to the left of the building)
- 5 minutes walk from the beaches;
- 10 minutes by car from the city center;
- close to many restaurants and shops (café, small casino, grocery store, tobacco bar, pub).

For parking, just before embarking on Boulevard Doctor Cuneo, at the roundabout, there is a free parking located on the left and also in the direction of the Royal Tower, at the right exit of the roundabout. There is a straight line where you can park on the left. Of course, the whole boulevard has parking.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
